This is a spacious, five bedroom home just metres from Matakana Village. On one side you have the village, and the other you have a rural setting.
Walk to the pubs, restaurants, movies, markets, wharf etc. We are at the start of the Matakana Bike Trail, so bring your bikes. River tours leave from the nearby wharf.
With an array of bed configurations available (with notice) just let us know what you’d like and we’ll do our best to do it.
An outdoor kitchen, with beer/wine fridge, meat fridge, charcoal rotisserie, and bbq, looking directly towards the swimming pool make this the heart of the home.
The brand new kitchen with extra wide oven and gas hobs, coffee machine, opens out to an enormous deck.
Only a few minutes away from Tawharanui, Goat Island, and of course Omaha Beach and Boat Ramp.
Please note that there is a minor dwelling on the property that may be occupied at the same time, this is a distance away from the house.
