Relax and enjoy coastal living in this beautiful, modern, recently built granny flat with a large resort style pool area, fire pit and private balcony. All mod cons including fully fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave and washer/Dryer.
Bedroom configuration is Queen bed & 2 single beds but single beds can be made into King size bed on request.
Air con in main living area & ceiling fans in bedrooms.
Only 5-10 minutes flat walk to lagoon, beach and village. Great place to relax and enjoy lovely Avoca Beach and all its charm.

Hosts Sam & Grania have been living in Avoca Beach since 2016 and wanted to let others enjoy the beauty of this seaside village so they built this beautiful granny flat and had an interior design finish the property to a high standard.
There house is at the top of this large spacious block and whilst they are discreet to ensure your privacy they will introduce themselves when you arrive if they are in resident to ensure you have all you need and to answer any questions you might have. They are a really friendly couple who want to ensure you enjoy your stay. The communal pool is a lovely space to hang out and enjoy the sun as you relax on the day bed or eat out Al fresco by the pool.

Avoca Beach is the perfect weekend getaway or holiday destination. In addition to the beach and the ocean you have plenty of bars, restaurants, good car parking, a surf club, and a lovely beach with headlands which is easily accessible. It has many great bush walks and local whale watching from the lookouts or by boat from Terrigal.
Terrigal is less than 10 minutes drive away and also a popular destination for a night out with many bars, restaurants and night clubs. There is something for everyone at Avoca Beach.
