NOTE: This listing is for 3 bedrooms only at Hawks Retreat - maximum of 6 guests. *Please note; you may choose to have the 3rd bedroom as either the upstairs with single bed + single trundle bed OR a downstairs bedroom with queen bed.

Hawks Retreat is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed and laid-back beach holiday. The house has been renovated to provide all the modern comforts, while still retaining its classic beachside charm. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance of popular “One Tree” Beach, the village shops and children’s playground.

The layout of the house makes it ideal for couples or extended families, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Thoughtful inclusions throughout, so you can just focus on enjoying your time together. Wifi internet is provided, and all bed linens and bath towels are supplied.

With easy access to a wonderful walking and cycling path along the beachfront, you can ditch the car and explore nature at your leisure. Whether you want to go for a leisurely stroll or an invigorating bike ride, this is the perfect spot to do it!

The Space:
On the top level, the open plan kitchen and dining area comes equipped with everything you might need. The living area adjoins the rear deck, where there is an extendable sun awning. There are three bedrooms on this floor (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a single bed). In addition, there is a bathroom complete with bath and shower recess, as well as a separate WC. We can set up bedroom 3 as either the upstairs single + single trundle, or downstairs queen bed. Please let us know your requirements.

The lower level offers another sitting area, and another bathroom with WC. This level also houses the laundry room, which comes complete with a washing machine and dryer.

At the rear of the property, you'll find a second sun deck complete with outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, and shade umbrella. The level back garden area is fully fenced and gated, making it perfect for kids. Off street parking is available for your car or boat. The garage is not available to guests. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Guest Access:
Check in from 2pm - Check out by 10am

Option 1: "Meet us there"
Jay and/or Lyne will be waiting to meet you on arrival and provide a brief tour of the house, its features, and answer any questions you may have about the property or Tuross Head in general. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have about your stay.

Option 2: "Self Check-In"
If you prefer to or are arriving late, self check-in is available by way of the keysafe. We will let you know the code a few days prior to check in. This option is great for those who like many enjoy a few stops along the way.

The Neighborhood:
Looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Look no further than Tuross Head. With two lakes and beautiful beaches nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. This is sure to become a favourite spot for couples and families alike. Grenville Ave enjoys an easy walk to the village shops and across Tuross Blvd to the beach!

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.

REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
