Just a five-minute stroll to Eagle Bay Beach, this timber coastal haven is nestled among towering peppermint trees, offering a serene setting where nature meets the sea. The light-filled open-plan living area, cosy fireplace and elevated balcony create inviting spaces to unwind, with glimpses of the ocean and views over the shared full-size tennis court. A well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, air conditioning and thoughtful family-friendly touches make it easy to settle in, with beach walks and the best of Eagle Bay just moments away.

The Space:

Tucked among mature peppermint trees, this welcoming coastal retreat offers a relaxed atmosphere where nature and beachside living come together. Timber-lined interiors, soaring exposed ceilings and generous windows create a warm, airy setting, while the elevated balcony extends the living space outdoors, inviting you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink with glimpses of the ocean.

Upstairs is the heart of the home, with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed for easy gatherings. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace for cosy evenings, while air conditioning and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, complete with a coffee maker, oven, full-sized refrigerator and ample bench space. The dining table flows naturally onto the covered balcony, where outdoor seating and a Weber BBQ invite long lunches and relaxed dinners among the trees.

The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to suit families and groups. Upstairs, one king bedroom and one twin bedroom feature comfortable new beds and are serviced by a bathroom with a bathtub. Downstairs, a second king bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, while the games room includes two sets of bunk beds, making it an ideal space for children. A separate TV room with a smart TV, bean bags and sofa offers another place to unwind, while the second bathroom with a shower and a laundry with a washer and additional fridge add everyday convenience.

Guests also enjoy access to the shared tennis court, complete with a basketball hoop and sports equipment, while the beach is an easy five-minute stroll along a nearby walking path. Garage parking completes a comfortable stay in one of Eagle Bay's most picturesque coastal settings.

Long weekend with family and friends

Hey, we enjoyed our stay - even we had no water the first day. This was fixed as quick as possible and we managed our things around this issue. Beside that it was a wonderful place and we had a great time there! Would come back any time! Love, Melanie with family and friends
