Wonderful place and stunning view of Lake Tahoe!

Excellent place to stay, super close to downtown and the view of Lake Tahoe from the balcony is absolutely amazing! Lots of room and house was stocked with plenty of kitchen pats/pans/utensils for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful View!

We had a wonderful time here. The amazing views of the lake, proximity to Boulder Lodge, and number of showers makes this an ideal choice for a large party of skiers.

We stayed in July and absolutely loved the views from this home!! We are a family of six adults. The four levels was perfect for privacy when we needed it, and gathering together for meals and games on the top floor. The photos of this place don't show how fabulous this property truly is!!

Our host Lisa was very easy to communicate with and always replied to queries quickly. The view from the house is really gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, everything clean and welcoming. The kitchen had plenty of cookware as well as oils and spices, and coffee filters! I loved sitting in front of the gas fireplace with my coffee in the morning looking at the view and waiting for everyone else to rise!

Birthday Celebration!

We had 5 couples from all over the US come and stay at this location. It was amazing!! The bedrooms and bathrooms really catered to our group. We would come to this house again! It’s so great!

Good place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. Great views. There was no BBQ grill, which we needed, but we made due. Need easier access to garbage dumpsters. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

Thank you for your kind comments about our home. As a result of the severe forest fire in Tahoe year before last, barbecue grills are banned on top of the mountain. We had a beautiful built in grill but were forced to remove it. Sorry for the inconvenience but that is a safety issue enforced by our county. Additionally, the dumpsters are placed by the homeowner's association and we can't control their location. Hopefully, it is not too inconvenient to stop by there when driving into town but glad you liked our home.

Awesome view!!!!

Great location. Great house. Did like the multi levels. Everyone could have their space, especially traveling with teenager grandsons. Everything you needed was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everyday needs.

Excellent property that is perfect for large families. Multiple levels allows for privacy for larger groups. Stunning view of the lake. Convenient location. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean. Parking for 3x vehicles. Check in process was smooth and host was quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. Couldn't ask for anything more!

This property has a weird layout, but is worth it because of the spectacular view of the lake. Parking for three cars was a challenge, but would be completely manageable for two cars. The property was in good repair with a few exceptions. We took a family vote at the end of our stay, and everyone was unanimous that we'd be willing to stay there again some time.

Great location for ski vacation!

We looked for a location as close to Heavenly's Stagecoach lift as possible. This location isn't on the run, and it's not walking distance, but it was close enough that you're not spending time driving to and from--it's just a quick ride or drop off. And for everyone, including non-skiers, it has a fantastic view of the lake and the mountain!The house is arranged so that people are apart on different levels but all come together in a spacious living and kitchen area at the top level. And having the hot tub available at the end of a long ski day was a nice touch.It was very clean and the owner's response to our questions was prompt and helpful.

Met all expectations and then some

We had a great time at this home there were 10 adults 1 11 month and 1 3 month old babies. There was ample room for all and when the babies got fussy the parents had nice sized rooms to retreat to. The views out of the rooms and especially the living kitchen area are unreal, beyond beautiful. Lisa is great to work with and Bruce the man of the hour if needed was awesome. Great Views and Space for Everyone

Lisa has a beautiful and spacious home. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals in for a group. The combination of bedrooms and bathrooms allows guests to have their own space without feeling crowded. The tasteful mountain decor creates a cozy and welcoming environment. The location is convenient to all South Lake Tahoe has to offer. The home has 4 levels with the kitchen and living area on the top floor so just don't underestimate the amount of stairs. Be aware of parking and occupancy limits so as not to break the strict rental regulations in the area. Lisa was a pleasant host and promptly responded to all our inquiries. I would definitely recommend her home to others.

Amazing views

I’ll start off by saying this place is amazing. The people running the place are amazing. Everything from the detailed instructions on how to get in, where to park and the extra storage space for the snowboard and extra toiletries, the customer service was great. We had people of all ages there including my 70 year old parents and everyone fit comfortably and pleasantly. The home is only 10 mins from the casino area. I will say this, it gets really windy up there compared to the group casino area so that was some getting used too. The last day we were there it finally snowed so the kids loved it. The 4 stories got a little tricky sometimes but nothing too crazy. Just had my parents sleep on the 2nd to the top floor so they didn’t have to climb the stairs so much. All in all, anything but 5 stars was be wrong. Would 100% recommend this home to anyone traveling to the South Lake Tahoe area.

Great view of the lake. Plenty of amenities were provided. Great communication with the host who also provided lots of helpful recommendations. You can view fireworks on the 4th of July from the deck although there is a tree that partially blocks the view. If you stand to the far right or inside on left you get a better view. But its better than fighting the crowds by the lake. I would recommend this property.

South Lake Tahoe with amazing views!!

The place was just as listed. Plenty of room, amazing views. Close to major attractions. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this property if your looking for a place in South Tahoe. Communications with owner were excellent. 5 stars all the way around.

Great Mountain Spot

The view was as described, very nice, as was the remainder of the property for our 3-night stay. It is located up on the mountain in a quiet location. Lisa was very helpful with our questions. The bottom master is the best one. Even though it was warm, didn’t need a/c, just crack the windows for a beautiful breeze. We cooked in for dinner every night with a group of 8 and found adequate cooking gear. There is a large dining table. Trips to Echo Lake and Emerald Bay we’re convenient and terrific (Thank you Lisa for the suggestions). A feature of the Echo Lake trip I was unaware of in advance is that there is a boat trip you can take to the other side and take an intermediate level 3.0 mile hike back. Casino, bars and restaurants, and grocery were about 10 mi drive and Ubers were available. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Amazing House, View and Location!

This was our second year in a row staying in Lisa’s home and we are already planning our trip for next year! The home is amazing: perfectly clean, comfortable, well stocked, and plenty of room for a large family. We had 7 adults and 1 child and we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning, the neighborhood is quiet, and the location is an easy 10-15 min drive down to the casinos and Heavenly Village shops. Lisa is a wonderful host, she is very easy and quick to communicate with, and she is very helpful and accommodating. We are so glad we found this home last year and hope to continue to stay here for many years to come!

Best View in South Lake Tahoe

Our family had an amazing trip! The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view from the living room and most bedrooms was spectacular! Homeowner was communicative and helpful. The only downside was a lot of stairs. We had 4 elderly folks who had trouble navigating them. But all in all it was an incredible property and location. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location!

Lisa was great with communication, and the house fit our group perfectly. You also can’t beat the views! The house itself is older and could use some general maintenance and updates. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
