Come relax at The Salty Kai! Our gorgeous pool house is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with a fun tropical flair! The home has a wonderful open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and lots of windows make the house bright and cheerful. Enjoy basking in the sun at beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass Beach, one of the travel channels top 10 beaches! Or if you prefer a quiet day by your own gorgeous PRIVATE HEATED SALT SYSTEM POOL and screened patio which is perfect for relaxing. Fantastically located in North Naples, just a 5 minute bike ride to top rated restaurants, the Mercato Shops or Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach. There are Bikes and all the beach gear you need is provided for your stay! Naples is about living outdoors, and the large, private screened in pool area makes it so easy to do so. There is a gas grill for afternoon BBQ'ing, dining table and chairs, all surrounding the crystal clear heated saltwater pool. Pool has a private gate around it to protect the little ones. There is a large master bedroom with plush King size bed, pool access from the room, private HD TV and ensuite with a large oversized tub and shower in the master bathroom.
The second bedroom features a pillow-top queen size bed, private HDTV and the third bedroom has a trundle bed which can either be a twin bed or pulls out to become a queen size mattress. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need, Smart HD TV's, Keurig & regular drip Coffeemaker, DVD player, washer and dryer, WiFi, Weber Gas grill, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, and much more. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal after a long day at the beach. Don't fret because locating a grocery store is also convenient considering we have 5 to choose from all within a 4 minute drive of the house! In fact, Whole Foods grocery is just an 8 minute bike ride or 4 minute drive away. The Salty Kai makes it so easy to fall right into the Neapolitan lifestyle! What are you waiting for?! Die Gastgeber Dana und Michael waren super nett und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Vielen Dank für die gute Korrespondenz. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohngegend ist perfekt für Familien, Strandnah und nur wenige Minuten von Supermärkten und Restaurants entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!!! Danke

The management and owners were easy to work with and when we had an issue, broken umbrella, they brought out a new one right away!! The house and pool were great! There were wonderful extras like a pack/play , toys and high chair.

Just had a great visit staying in this home in Naples Park. The house had absolutely everything we needed and then some with very nice linens, towels and a very well-appointed kitchen (even had a martini shaker and glasses which we almost never find). The bicycles were a nice extra that my husband and I made use of while the kids were still in bed. The house was spacious and we all had our own bedrooms and baths. The pool was clean and heated to an acceptable temperature-not too warm, not too cold. The owners/managers were very easy to work with and accommodating. When we arrived there was a personal note, a nice bottle of wine and some chocolate. We've rented many properties over the years and you can always tell the people who care about providing good service. My only suggestion (it's a pretty minor one) would be to add one more beach chair. We had four people but only three chairs, not a big deal. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We were very pleased with the home, so well appointed! The check in and out was very easy, we were even allowed to stay a few extra hours because our flight was delayed. The pool was great! Very well maintained, we used it all day, so nice to come home from the beach, shower off the sand at the outside shower and hop in the heated pool. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location was perfect, close to stores and restaurants. We will come back.

Why they chose this property

The location is unbeatable, a 5 minute bike ride to one of the Travel Channel's top 10 Beaches, Delnor Wiggins State Park. There is top rated dining & shopping at the Mercato (only about a mile away) which features lovely outdoor eating and happy hours galore. The house is a 15 minute walk to restaurants for a bite to eat or a cocktail!

What makes this property unique

The high ceilings and fun tropical colors make this house feel like something from the islands. The location is perfect, the pool is large and is completely private thanks to the surrounding fenced in yard. There are creeping rangoon vines that cover the completely fenced backyard and in the summer the flowers bloom with the sweetest scent which makes relaxing by the pool absolutely heavenly. It's a lush private oasis!
