This waterfront holiday home is the ideal location if you love fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, skiing, swimming - all from your own private jetty. Short 2km walk to Conjola Beach and only minutes to Bowling Club and General Store.
Ceiling fans in each bedroom with reverse cycle A/C in main loungeroom keeps you comfortable all year round. New flat screen TV in main lounge features Netflix and Foxtel (including movies and sports).
The second loungeroom can be closed off and become 4th bedroom or a second living space with its own TV and plenty of games and books for guests to enjoy. There is a separate toilet to bathroom inside and second bathroom accessed from outside.
The master bedroom, loungeroom and kitchen all have amazing lake views and access to the back deck overlooking the private jetty make this location an experience to enjoy.

Relaxed family holiday on the lake

The kitchen was well stocked to ensure cooking was a breeze. The paddle boards and kayaks were easy to access and get onto the water. Everyone really enjoyed their time on the water. The property is close to the beach, corner shop and post office. There is two bathrooms and toilets but the second one was not connected to the house and in the shed. The house is well set out and easy to keep clean with lots of space. The sofa bed was already set up. Lots of linen was available. We will be staying again soon.

We are happy to communicate with guest about things to do, places to see and will even share our favourite fishing locations!

Why they chose this property

The lake front location makes it the perfect getaway so you can enjoy the lake morning, day and night. Its only 2km to the beach where you can wander over the boardwalk and enjoy Conjola Beach and views of Green Island.
The house is located in a quite street off the main road but still in a central location. Its only 2 minutes walk to the local Bowling Club which has friendly staff and a great bistro and only 2 minutes walk to the local General Store for any supplies you need.

What makes this property unique

Your own private jetty is the highlight of this property. Direct private access day and night means you'll have plenty of time to fish, birdwatch, kayak, paddle, swim or simply just sit by the lake and enjoy the view and wildlife.
