We spent a month at the property and had a wonderful time. The property is perfect for pets. The screened lanai has a doggie door that leads to a fenced yard. Our dog loved hanging out with us at the pool which we used every day.

Perfect place for relaxation

Kristen was wonderful to work with. The neighborhood was great and all the neighbors we met were friendly…the property & house had a very private feel and was beautifully decorated. And to top it off we got to see burrow owls every night we walked our dogs

Perfect holiday

We went there for the holidays with our two dogs and everything was perfect. The house was clean and bigger that we expected, it was the dream house. Kristen was always very fast to answer our question she is a super host. We'll definitely go back in the futur.

Quiet and relaxing!!

Everything was as advertised!! Check in and check out process was stress free. House is fantastic. Loved the pool and the drop down shade was a great touch! Open the front doors and the sliding doors and let the breeze flow through, you won't be disappointed!!

Beautiful Home

We stayed in this beautiful home for just over 6 weeks. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and clean. There were plenty of chairs both outdoors and inside for lounging and dining. The solar heated pool was clean and refreshing. There were lots of towels, pillows and extra blankets. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. There are excellent grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away. The hostess responded immediately to any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

What an amazing getaway!

What an amazing getaway! We stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights and what a wonderful getaway weekend it was! The listing of this gorgeous Cape Coral home really made us all excited when we saw the pictures, but pictures don't do it justice! This home is even more amazing in person! We came to celebrate a wonderful relaxing birthday weekend for my boyfriend. It truly was just that, and then some, it was all that and more, we came with 5 others, it was fun for the whole family! You enter this gorgeous home to beautiful bright decor, large entertainment home, that has a clean, and welcoming atmosphere! We felt right at home! There is plenty of room for the whole family and your fur babies if you need them to tag along! Large bedrooms, comfortable and clean beds, huge master, with walk in shower and soak tub, large closets filled with plenty of linens, guest rooms also well dressed with beds and extra linens, guest bath is large and full of plenty of towels and super clean! There is plenty of seating inside and out of this home, outside is a gorgeous sparkling pool! It's an amazing way to cool off in the summer months and is also heated if you come during the cooler months! Also, outside is furnished with loungers, a gorgeous large dining table to fit a crowd, we didn’t grill but there is two grills, plenty of floats and pool toys, there is a nice size back yard that is fenced in for your pups! This house also boasts a wonderful kitchen that is fully stocked, as well as a second fridge to help store all your extra food/platters/drinks you may need to host your wonderful relaxing weekend! There is also a large garage with plenty of parking! Kristen is the best and answered all my questions I had before our trip to make sure we were set, check in was SO EASY, staying here was as comfortable as us staying at home. Kristen makes sure to provide all the things her guests would need that probably forgot at home, she didn’t leave anything out! She is kind, courteous, gracious, and will make sure you are feeling right at home here! We truly felt as comfortable here as we would in our own home, just in a wonderful vacation area! Come visit Cape Coral, and stay here! Without hesitation, book this home! Look no further! Thank you for everything Kristen! We look forward to our next trip to Cape Coral! :)

Cape Coral Paradise

Kristen has a beautiful home, in the perfect neighborhood, and is a wonderful owner/property manager! She made sure our every need was met and we truly enjoyed her home so much! We enjoyed the heated pool every day, all day! Sanibel Island was a short drive away and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Kristen has put so much thought and detail into her home, and all the extras she offers with it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and extras you would need, plenty of bath towels for the whole family, extra blankets and pillows, etc. She has put so much thought into providing her guests with their every want and need. We hope our dates are available next year, we have zero interest trying out other homes. You will not be disappointed here!!

Perfect place for a well needed family long weekend!

We loved the house! It was super clean, and the pool was great! We were able to enjoy the pool even though the weather was not so nice, but the lanai was perfect for those rainy moments. Communication with Kristen was super easy and quick. Loved everything about this rental! ❤

House was beautiful! For the most part, the pool and beds, kitchen and amount of space were on point but the water at the house smelled like well water but was easy to get over. Overall great stay.

This was our fourth stay at this great property and probably the best yet... thanks to new amenities and a refreshed interior decor. Stunning and worth each and every one of the stars we are allowed to give. Any issue that pops up is dealt with quickly and efficiently by Kristen. This house and its owner have allowed us to enjoy our stays in Southwestern Florida to the fullest... Great property, great owner... Very highly recommended. We will, of course, be back... :-)

Girlfriends Celebrate 50th Birthday

Thank you for a relaxing cozy home for our girlfriend get away. The home was neat and tidy as we all appreciated. I would rent again for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. The pool was a wonderful spot to enjoy each others company. Opening the doors from the living area to the poolside dinning was an exceptional great vibe for our group. Kitchen was perfect for our chef. A few more cooking pans and towels would be nice with a house full of ladies. We felt safe and had a wonderful time. The beach trip to Fort Myers was a bit of a ride not distance but traffic. The home owner was extremely kind and thoughtful to help us navigate our best use of the home and the area. Affordable for location and would stay again. Thanks!!

Outstanding Experience!

I want to first say that this was my first time using VRBO. Working with Kristen was a snap. She responded within hours to all my emails. I stayed at her home for a few nights with my husband, mother, and 3 children. Her house is amazing!! Perfect layout, beautiful and supplied with anything you can imagine. There was not a time I needed something and it wasn't there. If you are looking for an incredible pool home, with a great floor plan, close to all shopping, parks, restaurants and entertainment. Great home to rent!

This home was amazing! Fully stocked with more than needed very accommodating. The owner was very sweet and easy to deal with and also went out of her way to make sure we had all we wanted or needed! Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This house is amazing.. The neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. The house was stocked with everything we needed! The backyard was perfect and very private!! Beautiful pool!! It has a great open layout. The bedrooms are perfect size with comfortable beds. The management was very nice. Kristen made sure we had everything we needed. Overall our stay was perfect. We had a great time and will definitely will be staying here again!

Wonderful Escape

We had a great time during our stay! The house was beautiful, VERY clean, and we had plenty of room for our family. The pool/lanai area was a fabulous way to relax. More pool floats would be a bonus, but otherwise we enjoyed the pool immensely. The only other issue we had was getting some of the tv/remotes to work. Wonderful getaway. Would definitely recommend this vacation home!
