Great location - loved Pinewood across the street and easy access to everything Waco. Less convenient working with a management co. compared to an individual.
We had a great stay in Waco! The house had not been cleaned when we got there but the property manager was there and cleaned it within 2 hours! House is in a great spot and accommodated our group well! We would stay here again!
We enjoyed our Memorial weekend in Waco because our accommodation was superb. The house was clean and well supplied with provisions, beds were very comfortable, and the location was close to everything. Will definitely book again!

Comfy, clean and great location
We loved our time at this very clean and comfortable home. Once up the stairs, you are in a little oasis. It's quiet. The kitchen was large and all of the bedrooms inviting.Check in and checkout were easy.
Perfect for our visit to Silos/Magnolia. Parents and 3 teens the accommodations just right. Plenty of space while maintaining a very cozy feel. We all slept well here. Location was nice and close to silos. Pinewood Coffee shop across the street was a great find. Would stay here again.

Great location, great price
The home was so cute and cozy, with enough space for everyone. The location was great; we were close to downtown, Central Goods vintage shopping, Highland Baptist church, Harvest on 25th for a vegan breakfast. There was plenty of parking. When we got home from hiking Cameron Park our first evening there, all 8 of us took turns showering in each shower and we never ran out of hot water! There were a few board games in the home that we played in the evening. Great weekend stay!

Beautiful home, good location
Beautiful, well restored, older home, with a lot of charm, and a convenient layout. Everyone who came was very impressed! We left being able to walk to a coffee shop, and it was an easy mile drive to downtown. We would recommend it, and hope to come back! There was much more to do in Waco than we had realized.
Once you climb the stairs this little house is adorable. The beds are comfortable and the house is well maintained. Around back you will find stairs with 2 handrails that might work better for you. We were able to sit and enjoy the outside balcony and reminisce. I would definitely book again.
The house was clean, located near the silos and other attractions. I do think the parking situation needs improving. One of the vehicles in our group had issues dragging the underneath on the steep incline and it was an SUV with a lower ground clearance.
Everything was great. One thing that was not good was not having control of the thermostat. It got so hot the second night in each of the bedrooms. Hard to sleep with it.
We were in town for a family wedding and this place was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of 8 and the beds are soooo comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The AC wasn't working when we arrived, but we called the 24-hour number and they had someone out to fix it ASAP. The place was cooled down by the time we got back from dinner. The worst thing I have to say is that the couches aren't super comfy. We enjoyed the outdoor porch. I would definitely stay here again!
Nice place. A/C kept kicking off and going back to 80. Waco was 99 degrees. It needed to be cooler in the house. Electric plugs by the kitchen sink weren’t working but that was probably a breaker issue. Beds were comfy, coffee was yummy and house was clean.
The beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in, in a vacation rental. We even checked the mattresses before we left because we want one for our home! The location was extremely convenient, within 10 mins of any place we wanted to go, although it seemed to be close to "rough" side of town. Nothing scary happened though! The water pressure was really the only negative about this place, it could have definitely been better, but wasn't the worst we've experienced. All of the furniture was new and nice, and the place was very nicely remodeled. Would definitley stay again!!
Saturday morning 3 breakers tripped call contact and response reset breakers myself but other then that beautiful home oh and some ants were on the countertops

Not pleased
AC did not work, took several Emails and calls to get someone to come out the 2nd day we were there to fix it. Had to kill a little visitor crawling up the wall the first nights stay.
