With gorgeous lake views and proximity to all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore South, this brand-new beach home features customized woodwork and a mural along with designer interior selections throughout. Stay in a lakefront home with two king suites plus bunk room and experience all that Cinnamon Shore has to offer! Just step off the porch across lawn to boardwalk along lake, leading to the cabana-lined infinity pool.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The gorgeous, open-concept gathering space on the second floor puts comfortable den adjacent to a stunning kitchen, both opening to window-wrapped dining nook. Soaring walls with tilework and shiplap define the space, which connects the community and coastal landscape with windows and doors to the balcony. Seating at the kitchen island provide additional places to dine or visit with the family cook, while the fully stocked drawers, cabinets, and open shelving offer everything you need. A double sink, gas range, and stainless steel, and coffee bar make it easy to prep meals and entertain. The dining area seats 8 with chair and banquette seating under a chandelier with strands of shells, and the outdoor dining table for six overlooks the lake! A gas grill on the balcony invites cookouts, too!

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The inviting primary suite features a plush king bed backed by a sea blue accent wall that’s more like a piece of artwork. Bonus twin bunks in the suite make it perfect for a family of four to share, while the private balcony and chic bathroom make it even more luxe and desirable. A second, plush king suite on the first floor provides another couple with luxury and privacy, while the downstairs bunk room feature two twin-over-queen bunks, sleeping six. A private bunk room bath offers more stylish tilework and a tub/shower combo for the kids.

GREAT FEATURES: A paved, side patio with lounge chairs overlooks the lake. Storage nooks in the foyer make convenient drop-off zone upon return from the beach. Designer tilework on risers in the stairwell complement kitchen tilework, just another designer touch! And you’ll appreciate the washer/dryer keeps dirty clothes at bay.

Summer ‘25 Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at Still Waters! Lovely, well appointed home in a great location. The home was clean and well stocked with the basic amenities plus some. The location directly across from the pool was extremely convenient. We much preferred Cinnamon Shore South over the North. One major concern we had going into our stay was the possible construction noise but we didn’t experience any of that. While there is a lot of construction ongoing in the area, most of the homes directly in the vicinity of Still Waters are completed so it was a non-issue. The only recommendation we had was it would be nice to see a larger sofa in the main living space upstairs. There were only 6 of us and it was tight. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return next year!

Great location at CS South!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this condo: near a pool, playground, and the lake! First the Pros: location, host had some nice extra towels, pickle ball paddles, board games, meds, spices, and EVOO in the kitchen. We did not use all of these but how thoughtful the host was to have these there. Nice eating area on the second floor balcony, and the condo was decorated beautifully! The Cons: need handrails on the back steps to the lake for little ones and older ones, one of the sliding barn doors needed the stopper on it at the top, spider webs in 1st floor king bedroom with several spiders crawling down the walls, the 2nd floor kitchen/living room was a lot of stairs for our grandpa to do multiple times a day. All but one Con can easily be fixed so overall we had a great time and would recommend this condo to other families!

The kids loved the bunk room and having their own special space. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout and enjoy their time at the beach! Having 3 kids under the age of 6, the proximity to a playground and pool was Amazing! Great relaxing view from every balcony — enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails outside on one of the many outside sitting areas! We will definitely be back!

There were a few things that I asked to be addressed such as the smoke alarm going off every night and noone ever coming and the garbage disposal couldn't be used and although it was looked at, the guys that came didn't know how to repair it. Also, the bed linens were not clean.

Perfect October Weather in a great home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for almost 2 weeks in October and loved this house! The home was well appointed with everything we needed, and the kids LOVED the bunk room! Yes, it really is as cute as it is in the pictures! Construction didn't bother us at all, and once the pool directly in front and the town square is finished this home's location can't be beat! We rented a golf cart but the beach was just a short 5 minute walk. We loved fishing in the lake behind the house too! And the weather in mid-October was outstanding without any of the summertime crowds!
