Our location is ideal—minutes from downtown Sooke, with groceries, restaurants, food trucks, pubs, pharmacies, and other amenities nearby. We live on site and are happy to answer any questions to make your stay seamless and enjoyable.

Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from your private viewpoint café set, 500 feet above sea level, offering stunning views across 100 km. On clear nights, stargaze under soft blankets while listening to the soothing cascade of the property’s 6,000lb water feature.

Perfect for 2–4 guests, the suite features two newly constructed bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops and is fully equipped with a Keurig, convection oven/toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge, and all cookware needed to create a delicious meal.

The open-concept living and dining area comfortably seats four and includes a 65-inch flat-screen TV with soundbar, Firestick, Amazon Prime, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The rain-head shower delivers amazing water pressure for a luxurious start to your day.

Relax in the hot tub or unwind in the peaceful outdoor area. The suite now includes a private barrel sauna—ask about pricing or see if your stay qualifies for a free sauna! Imagine stepping outside after a fresh rainfall, inhaling the soothing scents of lavender, mint, and rosemary. Picture sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises over the serene Sooke Basin. Or soaking in our hot tub and sauna, taking in the spectacular view while letting the world melt away.

And when night falls, the sky puts on its own show – thousands of stars twinkling in a crisp, unpolluted sky, free from city lights and noise. It’s a simple yet unforgettable experience, one we can’t wait for you to enjoy.

Our property is truly one-of-a-kind thanks to its spectacular panoramic views. From here, you can take in all of Sooke, the Basin, East Sooke, and even gaze across to Seattle and the States – it’s an unforgettable sight!

The suite features a private sauna and hot tub within a fully fenced yard, where you can relax rain or shine on the covered patio. Enjoy a warm beverage by the fire or simply soak in the sweeping view from the patio as the day unfolds.
