From this centrally located studio, you’ll have walking access to the best shops, restaurant scene, cafes + pubs right at your fingertips. Located steps away from Princess Street, this loft lets you experience all our beautiful city has to offer with the perks of retreating back to a quiet, modern space to work from or relax in.
This space is optimal for 1-2 guests + includes: a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, with nearby grocery stores + the LCBO.
This studio loft features a fully outfitted kitchen, modern bathroom, new appliances, closet space + a comfortable area for lounging. Large, north-facing windows fill the loft with natural light all day long. Enjoy beautiful, natural interior elements of wood, limestone + brick throughout the unit. The bedroom + main living space are partially divided by a frosted glass pane, providing a bit of privacy + quiet for those traveling together.
There is paid parking along both the front and side of building on street. Parking is free on the street after 5:30 pm and Sundays. This is a quiet residential building – we appreciate your cooperation in being mindful and considerate of noise levels.
