Located within the private gated community of Manuel Antonio Estates with 24/7 security, Casa Ventanas offers peace and privacy just minutes from downtown Quepos, Marina Pez Vela, and the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park and beaches.

The Space:
Designed with modern comfort and rustic charm, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking rainforest and mountain views — the inspiration behind its name, Ventanas (“windows”). The master suite includes a king bed, a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and hot tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to the second full bath. A day bed can be prepared upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a spacious island for cooking and gathering. Enjoy meals overlooking the jungle, or work remotely from the dual workstation with high-speed fiber internet and inspiring rainforest views.

Outdoor Living:
Step outside into your private oasis — a plunge pool surrounded by tropical foliage, a sun terrace for lounging, and a large outdoor daybed perfect for evening relaxation under the jungle canopy.

Guest Services:
Take advantage of our concierge service to arrange white-water rafting, guided National Park tours, or a visit to our community waterfall, El Salto. Treat yourself to a massage at the on-site Rainforest Spa, or simply let nature do the work of rejuvenation.

Amazing villa!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Manuel Antonio estates has a beautiful lineup of villas and the staff (especially Julio) were extremely helpful. The villa is beautiful, spotless and luxurious. The place is magical. The hidden waterfall was a bonus! We will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! The concierge staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay seamless from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in a lush rainforest setting within a gated community just outside downtown Quepos. It’s close to fantastic restaurants, the marina, and the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park. Every tour we booked with outside agencies picked us up right at the gate, which was so convenient. If I could give more than five stars, I would! We’re already looking forward to rebooking on our next trip.

The house wasn't very clean, especially the floors. The biggest issue with the house are the large gaps between and under the many glass doors which allow a lot of bugs inside. We found two huge Hunstman spiders on two different nights and a long-dead gecko in the bedroom. We also had several bugs come from between sofa cushions aa we sat there at night so maybe a good spraying is in order? We loved the pool, kitchen, and front porch as we watched the many birds and monkeys. The rain gutters are in very poor shape, as are the curtains. Very safe area which we appreciate - however there is a lot of motorcycle noise very early in mornings as workers arrive which was a bit annoying.
