the place was very good, large, convenient and if you are driving - easy to get anywhere in Hobart. It had good amenities and was clean and in good condition. Why 4 stars and not 5? two things that are easily fixed: some mildew in the bedrooms and a mattress that was, well there is no way to put it better: u shaped... Don't think I ever saw a matress that had such lateral angles - kind of like a fjord. So sleeping was not as comfortable as it could have been. But with a bit of wall cleaning and a better mattress this place would be first class. Oh yes - and I don't think I ever had a shower with stronger stream of water. Could easily be used to put out fires :-).
