Located on the Voted number "#1 beach in America" famous Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida, the "317 MAGNOLIA" offers the perfect vacation getaway.
Two separate units are on this property at 317 and 319 Canal Rd, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit is booked separately, or you can book both units for a private family vacation. We book only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
The "317 MAGNOLIA" unit on the first floor at 317 Canal Rd maintains that great 'Old Florida' flair with all of the modern-day amenities our guests expect.

• Pool with spacious patio area for outdoor cooking and entertaining, including a TIKI hut
• Full Size Laundry room
• 2 bedroom/2 bath with king beds and sleeper sofa. (Up to 6)
• Fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, linens & towels.
• Central Air & Heat
• Three TVs, DVD, Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Wifi.
• Limited parking. Each unit has one off street covered parking spot.
• Beach chairs, towels, coolers provided
Everyone in the unit must be 25 years or older or accompanied by parents.
• NO PETS ALLOWED

Once you arrive, simply park the car and let the good life begin. Walk one block to Siesta Key Village for a fresh tropical drink at the Daiquiri Deck, or have some oysters at the Siesta Key Oyster Bar. Ready for the beach? The Gulf is only steps away! Need some groceries or some new flip flops? You guessed it... nearby! Don't feel like going anywhere? How about a dip in your heated pool?

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave 2 keys on the kitchen table where you found them and leave one key in the lockbox for a total of 3 keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum parking 2 cars.
Only signed guests have use of property entirety, including but not limited to pool, dock, BBQ area, and parking. This includes no overnight guest.

Fantastic location!

My brother and I stayed for a week and loved the unit. The outdoor area including the heated pool was great especially because the week we were there was not as warm as it typically is in FLA in mid March. Was seriously just a few minute walk from the village and about a 10 minute walk to the beach

Great location with easy access to shopping, dining and beaches. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was much nicer than it appears in the pictures, both inside and out.

This rentals was very spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen updates are very nice. The manager "Jane" was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions. The pool area is wonderful. Bedroom and living room furniture need some serious updating.

Great location in Siesta Village

We were a family of 10 split between two units. For this unit it was just 4 of us. While the unit is a bit outdated, you can’t beat the location. Proximity to the village was important to us plus a pool. The pool area is amazing with plenty of seating and loungers. Some of the lighting was not working but that wasn’t a huge impact on the pool area. There were also plenty of beach chairs and beach items in the outdoor closets. We stayed a week and it was great family time. Jane, the property manager was very responsive.
