Located just one house from the Ocean Front this multi- level townhome with ocean views on three levels and a private beach just across the dunes, this charming townhome offers the perfect retreat for beach lovers. This multi-level property features three bedrooms plus a loft with bunk beds, and 2.5 baths. Delaware Seashore State Park, only a 100-yard walk to the North, permits dogs and surf-fishing year-round. The rooftop deck has views of both the ocean and the sunset over the bay, and the back deck is perfect for grilling. Features include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, 3 TVs with Roku streaming, WiFi, charcoal grill, outside shower, six beach chairs, and two umbrellas. Kids will love to bunk out in the loft! The ideal beach getaway!
