This multi-level property features three bedrooms plus a loft with bunk beds, and 2.5 baths. Delaware Seashore State Park, only a 100-yard walk to the North, permits dogs and surf-fishing year-round. The rooftop deck has views of both the ocean and the sunset over the bay, and the back deck is perfect for grilling. Features include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, 3 TVs with Roku streaming, WiFi, charcoal grill, outside shower, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Kids will love to bunk out in the loft! The ideal beach getaway!

The positive is that this place is in a great location. Just steps from the beach and great view from the second and third floors. The A/C works great and there is a new washer and dryer in the unit. There is an outdoor shower in the back to wash the salt and sand off. The location has a private beach with no lifeguard. However, the rear of the unit is held up by two 2x6 posts and sags quite noticeably to the point that you feel like you walking downhill when you walk into the kitchen. There appears to be holes in the subfloor near the second floor staircase. The decor is very dated, but consistent with the age of the unit which was built in 1973. The appliances worked well, but the Internet is spotty. I would not want to rent here again. ending on a positive note, there is ample parking.
