The space
Step into an outdoor paradise with a built-in daybed, pool entertaining area and saltwater pool. The property backs onto a picturesque park, providing a natural backdrop for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Boardrider Retreat provides luxury elements including an outdoor shower, Italian travertine tiles on the lower level and blue gum timber floors on the upper level. With a bar downstairs, an upstairs work/study space with a build in oak desk and sideboard, and elegant powder rooms with floor-to-ceiling marble and water plane, every detail exudes sophistication.

Please note, the property can accommodate up to 10-12 guests, however some of the bedding is only suitable for children or small adults. There property configuration is as follows:

Upstairs:
Master: 1 x king bed with large ensuite (shower, bath and toilet)
Additional toilet/powder room
Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area
Outdoor dining and lounge with BBQ

Downstairs
Bedroom 2: 1 x king bed, 1 x double fold out sofa
Bedroom 3: 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds
Additional beds: 2 x single fold out beds (best suited to children)
1 x bathroom with shower
Seperate toilet

Bar area with additional TV and seating

Outdoor area with dining, lounge and pool

Please note this property has a strict no party policy and only half of the garage is available for guest use.
There are 3 cameras onsite; a camera above the front door facing the driveway, a camera facing the side pedestrian access gate and a camera above the front garage door facing the driveway. No cameras can see inside the property or any outdoor entertaining areas including the pool.
