My family stayed here with their fur babies. They loved the convenient location and the friendly neighbours. The dogs had so much fun and the whole family felt so welcome.

Why they chose this property
Unley is a trendy, affluent neighbourhood known for its boutique shopping scene, with shops selling designer fashions, artisan homewares and quirky gifts. Stylish Asian and Modern Australian eateries sit next to dessert bars and chic cafes, while swank pubs and cocktail bars draw a young professional crowd. Heywood Park is shaded by towering gum trees, and Soldiers' Memorial Garden features cannons and a rotunda. The City of Unley is located approximately 1.5km directly south of Adelaide CBD. The City’s economy is underpinned by five Mainstreet Precincts: Unley Road, King William Road, Goodwood Road, Fullarton Road and Glen Osmond Road. These Precincts provide essential goods and services, meeting places and attractions for visitors. They are the home to approximately 1,200 businesses, many of which are unique, independent operators.
What makes this property unique
This 1905 Cottage is located close to Unley and King William Road Cafes, only a short 400m walk to shopping and transport. The home has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped should you wish to showcase your culinary skills or wash your clothes. Two of the bedrooms contain desks and monitors should guests need to connect to a screen and do some work. You will be very comfortable all year round with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, double glazed doors in the family room and ceiling fans throughout. Free internet, free to air tv and free access to subscription services eg Prime & Paramount. There is parking for 3 cars, 2 or which are undercover and all off street. Tranquillity can be found in your private, well maintained backyard with undercover entertaining area or in the community park opposite which is a perfect place to meet people or enjoy fruit from the many fruit trees. It is a beautiful location and very convenient to the city, local pubs and restaurants.
