Oceanfront 4 BR Villa in the Heart of Rio's Safest Neighborhood

Central to all the best locations of Rio. In a gated community with 24/7 security guards.
This house feels like you are in the ocean every time you look outside. Enjoy the infinity pool with a TV outside. 5 minute walk to Sao Cornado Beach. 10-15 minute drive to Ipanema or Barra Beach. You are in the most central location to the best parts of Rio. Daily maid service included outside of weekends and holidays. You will find luxury on the water with most amazing sunsets in the world.

This property is one of very few unobstructed ocean villas in all of Rio. There are 3 floors and a detached guest house. The master room sits at the top of the house with a large terrace overseeing one of the best sunsets in the world. 2 ocean front guest rooms are in the main house and have ocean front views. The guest house offers more privacy with an ocean front view as well. The middle or main floor has a 75 inch TV and sound bar with glass windows from ceiling to floor. On the bottom floor there is an ocean front office, 3 sofas, a pool table and dining room and kitchen.
Relax in the yard in the 2 cabana chairs or next to the pool where you can find the churrasco and outdoor TV as well. Underneath the pool, you will find a sauna that looks out into the ocean.

The whole house is available for use. I have 2 staff members as well. Monday through Friday that clean inside and outside of the house daily.
They can drive you to places if you wish as well (car not provided).

The property has a 2 car garage and plenty of street parking outside the house in a safe and gated community.

Ocean View in Rio De Janeiro

This house was overlooking the ocean and had some spectacular views of the ocean as well as the sunsets. You were so close to the ocean that when you looked out the windows it felt like you are on a cruise ship. Matt was an awesome host and helped us out immensely with coordinating our stay. He had two staff members that would get us groceries and did a load of laundry for us before heading back home. Before we even arrived at the house he had cold Coronas in the fridge for us! The property was very nice. The bedrooms all had air conditioning and the beds were comfortable. The patio was very nice and we hung out by the pool if we were not at the beaches or hiking. This property is a 5 minute walk to Sao Conrado beach & is very close to the hang gliding, Pedro Bonita mountain hike & Two Brothers mountain hike. Ipanema & Leblon beaches are also an Uber ride away (10 minutes at the most.) Thanks Matt for the accommodations - it was great trip & a great place to stay.
