Dunedin rental

This is a nice house, yard and pool. The owner and his wife were on the spot immediately for anything we needed. They were the kindest most friendly landlords we have ever seen. The Pinellas bike trail is ~ 0.13 miles away. the park on the bay was just a block and a half away to walk our dogs at night. Dunedin was 1.25+ mile walk on the bay or bike trail to any restaurant, which are great by the way, or activity you would need. There is always something to do there, they had allot of different activities going on. Clearwater has multiple recreation centers that my husband used the work out rooms and I swam laps in the pools. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Rental home was below expectations

The rental home needed repairs/work prior to being rented. There were multiple issues, but when all the plumbing backed up and overflowed unto the floors, leaving no use of the showers or toilets, it was enough. This is the first week of a month long stay. I wanted to leave and, I requested a partial refund. They would not refund any portion of the payment. So it speaks volumes that I left anyway, losing thousands of dollars. Renter beware.
