This is a rare gem of a place to stay in Anchorage! Within walking distance of a restaurant pillar of the city - Snow City Cafe - and 25 yards/meters to a great view of the Cook Inlet. It has a covered vehicle spot, amazing water pressure, a cozy layout with modern renovations, and comfy beds. There's even a jetted tub! We will stay here during our next visit to Anchorage!

Business Stay
I was in town for a conference at the Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center and could not find an affordable place to stay. I ended up booking this condo which is about 0.8 miles from the conference center. The condo was spacious, clean, and updated with new appliances, flooring, etc. Access was easy using a coded door lock. Tea, coffee, a separate hot pot (grateful as I drink tea), and a coffee maker were all provided. There were also bottles of water and a few snack bags (chips) provided. The heat was left on in one of the bedrooms for me since I was staying there alone and it was still a bit chilly (40s-50s). My only complaint was with the short length of the full size beds (I am 6.5 feet tall), but I knew that going in. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend this condo for a family of 4, one or two couples, or for one person visiting Anchorage for business or pleasure.

Great choice for Anchorage, highly recommend
I've stayed in hotels and other similar cost accommodation in Anchorage previously - this place was hands down the best. The apartment is well furnished and the beds were comfy. The bathtub was lovely for a soak and the place was nice and warm. It was INCREDIBLY well outfitted - lots of pots/pans in the kitchen, tea and coffee makings supplied, great stove, oven, tissues, paper towels, lots of towels, plenty of pillows; we found everything we needed. It's about a 10 or 15-minute walk from the coastal trail and the neighborhood is quiet (though you do hear footsteps in the apartment above). We found the fireplace heating system challenging to use - we would have it set for 69 degrees, go for a walk and come back to 80 degrees, or find the fireplace turned itself off. But there were space heaters supplied as well in case you need them. We had a couple very minor maintenance issues that were responded to immediately. It's really good to know that if there are any problems, they'll be taken care of right away - not a lot of places do this. For the price, location, and the comfort of staying in a fully outfitted apartment, this is an unbeatable option. Enjoy!
