Perched over 125 feet high on a lush cliffside, Lawton's View offers a breathtaking oceanfront escape in the heart of Lincoln City. This beautiful three-story, four-bedroom home provides a relaxing and unforgettable waterfront vacation experience for up to 10 guests.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Suite: King-sized bed, private bathroom, and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): Two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for children.

We loved this home. Comfortable furniture, spacious, stocked with pans, dishes and fluffy towels. Felt very private even though it’s on a house-lined street. Convenient to the beach and Lincoln City. Clean! And best of all was the view!

We highly recommend this property! It is an older home, but it is well-maintained and extremely clean. Everything in the house is labeled and the home is very well stocked. We didn’t have kids, but There is an awesome room for kids with a Wii and videos. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved this property!

Great beach experience

Had a wonderful time at this property. Has a great view of the ocean and weather was perfect so we were able to see it. Parking was a bit scary but shouldn’t be deciding factor when staying here.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house has amazing views and the beach access is relatively close. We were able to get to and from the beach quickly which allowed us to make multiple trips per day which was great with a child. The home is well maintained and clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. No complaints!

Annual Fall Getaway

We’re a group of ladies who have been coming to Lincoln City ever fall for about 30 years. Lawton’s View is one of the best places we’ve stayed at, especially for the view, and we got it for a very good price! It’s a short drive to the mall and good restaurants, and quite close to beach access. This home is on several levels, and all levels require stairs to access them, so you’ll want to keep that in mind if there are mobility issues.
