This wonderful Onetangi Beachfront Apartment has an amazing picturesque beachfront location and is perfect for your holiday getaway, with outstanding sea views and excellent facilities all within a minutes stroll from the waters-edge.

Sea Breeze at The Sands is a comfortably furnished and fresh apartment located at The Sands complex on The Strand in Onetangi. The location is incredible, right next to the beach and in a quiet part of Onetangi with very little traffic.

Complete with 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, an open plan lounge, dining and modern kitchen. The lounge has large bi-fold windows that open up to gorgeous sea views a flat-screen smart TV and complimentary Wifi.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a split king which is normally setup as a king, but can be made into two singles on request.

A communal BBQ, lawn area and outdoor shower are all located downstairs for guests to enjoy, and there is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle on site.

Take time out for yourself and come enjoy the roar of the waves and fabulous sea views.

*Please note that the unit is located on the 2nd floor, accessed by stairs only.

Wonderful beach stay

Truely amazing view. Very comfortable apartment with everything you could wish for. At the quiet end of the beach, but a short walk to good coffee and food. Close to bus stop.

Waiheke get away

The Sands is an excellent location with an amazing beach view. Beautiful walks on the beach and close to restaurants. It was short drive into town and easy access to public transportation which was perfect for local wine tasting. It was an easy check in with very nice accommodations and a picturesque view. Would highly recommend the Sands and would love to visit again.

The package that came along with my booking discussed garbage, laundry, water consumption etc, but made no mention of mosquitos. On Waiheke Island it is a known fact to close your windows at night. I did not and as a consequence received over 200 mosquito bites. I had to seek medical aid and spent the next 3 weeks of my holiday dealing with painful and itchy bites. To make matters worse, when I notified the landlord, they took no responsibility for not being transparent about the mosquitos and simply brushed me off. … the worst stay of my life!
