This house was wonderful! It was comfortable and spacious on a beautiful horse farm. We loved seeing the horses from the house. Melanie was great! She communicated very quickly, gave helpful information and answered questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.
Host lives nearby and was available to answer any questions. The beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were spacious. The shower on the main floor was good for husband with limited mobility. The house provided everything one would need. Some of the light bulbs need replacing in the ceiling fixtures.

I sent pictures already. Unclean, in disrepair, and hazardous. The team at Evolve stepped in and secured a refund. I will be protesting the cleaning fee.

From the owner: We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our home. We take great pride in our home and make sure it is always in great shape and well-maintained.We had a repairman there to fix the toilet, and we missed the follow-up after their visit, which is why things were not as they should have been. The cleaners left the toilet cover off, and we did not catch that. We apologize for the state of the bathroom. Typically, we follow up any maintenance to ensure everything is clean and in good working order.Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

The property was definitely an older farmhouse. When you walked in the back door, the entryway was full of clutter and junk. A window was broken and covered with a thin sheet of carboard. You felt like someone had just vacated their home so you could stay there. Drawers in the kitchen were full of what appeared to be personal items (junk drawers full, canned and boxed goods in the pantry). Overhead light in the upstairs hallway and king bedroom did not work. Pictures on the VRBO site were misleading. They looked like it had been completely renovated when in actuality it had not. Personal family photos were on the walls as well. There are no restaurants or bars in the immediate vicinity. We had to drive 30 minutes to a restaurant.
