Located in the quiet Pearl Beach community and within walking distance to the beachfront, playground, tennis courts, Bushwaslks amoungst surrounding national park and only a 10-minute drive to Umina, Ettalong and Woy Woy with plenty more activities to enjoy.

Master bedroom has a queen with built-ins and air con. Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of single bunk beds

Perfect family holiday

This place was lovely for the whole family including our dog. It was beautiful being right on the beach, gorgeous views and the pool was great too. We had a lovely few days as a family. Thank you.

Fabulous girls weekend away

Great family or friends holiday house

What a gorgeous view we were welcomed with !!! The house is well equipped with all you need and more . Seperate family /lounge rooms to relax in .Pool was clean and inviting. Would love to take my family back for a fun weekend .

Great stay

Great property for a big family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay great location for a quiet getaway pool was clean and having access to the beach in your backyard for afternoon walks and hang outs on the sand. We Would recommend this property it had all amenities needed maybe one thing more towels would have been nice otherwise very happy. Thank you

Fantastic stay - beautiful area. we will definitely be re booking this property. Only criticism would be no large knife at all. Only cutlery knives so made cooking a bit of a challenge. But nothing dampened our stay as such a great place.

Amazing ocean views

Excellent place for walking on the beach, which is very much pet friendly. Also the pool was very clean and very large. There is amazing view with crushing waves 24 hrs around, from the deck, living room and master bedroom as well. Weather was not perfect bu we had still wonderful time. The only minus was, that there was not enough tea spoons, so we had to eat the cake with large spoons.

Fantastic beach house!

We spent the long weekend with friends and the adults and children all had a fantastic time. The house was a little run down, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The view was amazing with dolphins spotted often, the pool a hit with the children, and the beach right at our doorstep. Highly recommend for a family trip away. Only issue was a neighbour who asked us to be quiet at 730pm while we laughing on the balcony playing a game, but other than that I can’t fault it at all. Thank you!!

Great place but wouldn’t go back

Great location, wanted to come back but won’t be after the next door Neighbour yelled at us for our 5 year old making too much noise while in the pool at 11am on a Saturday and called the real estate. Real estate was very understanding though. Otherwise it was a nice place with a good view.

Summer Fun

This is a great property for summer fun. With easy access to the beach and a pool. We stayed there as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and had other families visit and stay overnight during our stay. The 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs (plus bathrooms on each level) were perfect for us. The house itself is not styled to be shown on Instagram, but for our purposes it was perfect. Good size kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment, big BBQ on the deck and a large dining table - perfect for feeding the hungry masses after a day on the beach and afternoon in the pool. The best part about this place is the views from the upstairs balcony looking out across the bay. It was just stunning. A very relaxing holiday for the adults and a fun holiday for the kids!

90th Birthday Celebration

We found the property excellent in every way, beautifully presented and clean. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately because of the weather we couldn't take full advantage of the balcony and swimming pool.
