Elegant finishes and amenities, an open-floor plan and peaceful solitude make this the perfect place for a casual weekend getaway, a seasonal retreat, or year-round enjoyment. Enjoy the comfortable main suite on the ground floor with an additional guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room conveniently on the first floor. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bonus loft to make this the perfect place to call home for your beach vacation.

Great location near Vero Beach. Directly across the street from the beach access and no crowds on the beach at all. We loved it. Only negative is the neighbor that lives on the beach across the street (only one house). He is a fairly miserable man and doesn't like people.

Nice House - Great Location.

This property was overall very clean and had sufficient amenities for our stay. The location was outstanding. There could have been a little more basic kitchen items, stands to put suitcases on, additional furniture, etc. Had great beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to pull beach items which is great for not having to worry about bringing such items.

Most Awful Rental Property

We checked out early. We couldn't stay there another night. It has been the worst experience and stay. It is beyond reason how you can rent a home in that condition. We were not even able to sit and watch the ONE TV because the furniture was so gross and uncomfortable. Our backs couldn't take it. The springs were bulging out. The home was gross. It was Filled with furniture you picked up from a 70's flea market. Outside furniture had mold and bugs and maybe 25 years old.None of the utensils were clean or the knives did not cut . The washer and dryer have never been cleaned and all rusted.The walls look like they were used for racquetball practice ! They were are filled with black marks and scuffs. It was all over each and every walk and corner. You should not be allowed to rent a home for that price in those conditions .
