Ditch the car, walk to everything. Close to buses & train direct to city.
This two level apartment is set in a quiet boutique block.
Spacious and open plan living upstairs flows out on to generous balcony that captures the afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets.
A starter set of pantry goods, hot beverages etc is ready for your arrival.
One King, One Queen and a Double bedroom are downstairs along with a full bathroom and laundry.
A double sofa bed is available in lounge.
This is a small apartment block and we ask that you respect our neighbours. No gatherings are accepted and strict quiet time 9.30pm-7.00am.
Please note there are several stairs leading to the entrance of the apartment and stairs between the two levels of the apartment.
You will have full and exclusive use of the apartment.
