This lovely property is perfect for families with children and pets as its fully fenced and there is plenty of off-street parking.

The open plan and renovated kitchen with all modern appliances including large oven & 6 burner cooktop, living and dining area features a huge smart TV, split heating & cooling unit, euro laundry, its stays lovely & cool as its solid brick and there is a security screen door and large glass sliding door that leads to the outdoor area (no flyscreen on this).
There is a large bathroom with a toilet, large tub & shower.
Please bring your own linen & towels. We provide doonas (so you may wish to bring your cover), pillows, hand towels, tea towels & bathmats.
The outdoor area is lovely, spacious complete with a bbq for entertaining with seating for 4.
Whilst the entire property is available for your use, the garage is not available.
We kindly request if you bring your pets, you are a responsible pet owner and pick up all droppings. We also request that pets do not sit on furniture, carpet or beds.

Yes, we found the host friendly and flexible. We had all the amenities we needed. We loved the the quiet space and good location the house, close to where we wanted to go. The house was neat and clean on our arrival too.
