Three night minimum stay for all Federal Holidays. Four night minimum stay Thanksgiving week checking in Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Sunday. No check in or out Christmas Eve or Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

Adult only as the cabin is not suited for children. There is an open staircase and loft inside the cabin as well as an upper outdoor deck approximately 20 feet off the ground. There are 31 outdoor steps up to main living level entrance from driveway. Outdoor video surveillance only. Cameras cover driveway, lower deck and steps leading up to cabin entrance door with lock box. Inside cabin and main seating area on upper deck are private and not in camera view.

Coldwater is a rustic, casual, cozy mountain cabin nestled in a tranquil, serene setting. Just over an hour north of Atlanta, you can quickly be transported from the grind of city life, to the natural beauty and serenity of mountain life.

Enjoy the peacefulness and complete privacy of Coldwater as there is only one cabin down river that is barely in sight. Surrounded by trees and the river...you have perfect seclusion. All you will hear and see at this beautiful cabin is the water rolling over the rocks in the creek and humming birds feeding on the deck. This unique, charming and cheerful cabin is a welcome haven of rest and the perfect get away for a 'slower pace.' Coldwater Cabin sleeps up to four people comfortably with a main level bedroom, upper level master loft and side loft, two full baths with shower/tub combination, fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area with fireplace.

Handsome tongue and groove paneling throughout, wide pine plank flooring, rough sawn pine cabinetry, open exposed beam structure and rock fireplace are yours to enjoy in Coldwater. Lots of natural light fills this haven creating a warm, cheerful,inviting atmosphere. Coldwater Cabin is furnished in rustic mountain décor that is comfortable, relaxed and full of charm. Enjoy the comfort of solid hickory, cedar and pine furniture with mountain and river fabrics...decor that naturally matches the surroundings and environment. Feels like home, but doesn't look like home! All this is wrapped up in a setting where you can experience and enjoy the natural wonders and beauty of mountain life.

Wake to the sounds of a gentle rain falling on the metal roof or birds chirping outside the window. Enjoy the start of the day with a cup of coffee on the deck listening to the rushing waters of the creek as the sun begins to shine. Take off the chill by sitting by the soft porch lights and wood burning stove---which is perfect for roasting marshmallows at night.

Fish in famous Mountaintown Creek or cool off in the refreshing waters while tubing in front of the cabin. This captivating cabin is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. At night, relax on the deck by the fire while enjoying some fantastic star gazing or warm up inside by the rock fireplace outfitted with electric logs (remote control) where you are ushered into an incredible nights sleep.
