A detached lodge, resting within a secluded woodland near the village of Troutbeck Bridge, it houses three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people.
Please note: bookings must not start on a Sunday. 40 Skiptory Howe is a detached lodge, resting near the village of Troutbeck Bridge. Inside, you will find three bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, as well as a luxury shower room, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, with a seating area, dining area and a kitchen area. Outside, you will have access to off-road parking and a private decked area, complete with a hot tub. All-in-all, 40 Skiptory Howe is a wonderful property for a family break. Please note this property accepts bookings with a minimum of 2 nights. Please note: bookings must not start on a Sunday. Please ensure dogs are not left alone at any time, and that they are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
Amenities: Gas heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TVs and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Hairdryer provided. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio area with seating and hot tub. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, play park and multi-use games area on site. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within a 15-minute walk.
