The American kitchen opens onto a dining room and a large cozy living room. all facing south on a large and double terrace protected by a awning along the length of the bay window. A lovely summer getaway

Lovely house - comfortable, clean, well maintained- everything worked. Great local town (10 mins walk), sandy beach 5 minutes away. Marine - the owner - incredible - helpful, provided good recommendations on where to go/what to do. Really enjoyed it!

Outstanding Oleron

We had the best time ever at La Cotiniere. The villa was absolutely wonderful as were the gardens and pool area. The location was superb, set in tranquil surroundings with the village of La Cotiniere a short walk away. Marine, the owner was truly lovely - kind, caring and very helpful. We would love to return to the villa in the future and fully recommend it to anyone looking to escape to the beautiful island of Oleron.

Villa la Cotinière

La villa est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Elle est au calme à 5 min de la Cotinière. Le jardin est très agréable avec de nombreux coins repas et détentes. Piscine chauffée très apprécié de tous. Merci à Dominique qui est très accueillante et à l écoute. Nous avons passée une excellente semaine de farniente.

Belle et Lumineuse villa

Idéalement située pour profiter de l'île d'Oleron, belle villa très bien conçue et aménagée pour le confort des hôtes accueillis. Elle est lumineuse et sans vis à vis. Belle piscine chauffée et joli jardin fleuri et arboré avec vélos à disposition dans le garage. Marine est très disponible pour aider à s'y installer et régler les petits problèmes éventuels. Un beau séjour à renouveler !
