10 minutes from the beaches. The harbor and its many restaurants on foot. Ideal family. Especially with teens wishing to have some independence ...
Perfect compromise between the proximity of the city or the beach and the calm with splendid view.
Very well equipped kitchen and a large selection of spices.
The house benefits from a garage / laundry and it is easy normally to find a place to park in the street (rare in Nice!)
A dream place for cyclists

Several areas to relax: A lounge / games room / TV for children upstairs, a TV room with 2 large sofas that can serve as 2 single beds, semi-open veranda with lounge & bar, several dining areas to the guests. outside and inside, BBQ and very very well equipped kitchen, Garage.

DEMEURE AVEC UN CHARME FOU IDEALEMENT SITUEE

Localisation dans un quartier très calme et pourtant très proche du centre-ville. Accès très facile aux commerces, au réseau de bus, à Nice, Villefranche et autres localités. Très belle villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût, tout est à disposition pour faciliter le séjour. Très agréable jardin avec différents coins pour se reposer, lire, lézarder en profitant de la vue magnifique. MERCI BEAUCOUP, HARRY!
