3 Bedroom Condo + Kid's Den Gulfside- Indian Rocks Beach

This condo is part of a small complex in Indian Rocks Beach called Sunset Paradise, just a 1/2 block from Guppy's On the Beach Seafood Grill and Bar. This spacious condo has 3 full size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a great kid’s den complete with day bed to provide a special space for the kids and provide flexible sleeping accommodations. All bedrooms have a full size closet, dresser & TV with remote. All linens are provided. There is a strict maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests- including infants and children.

Kitchen is updated with side by side refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and nice size pantry. All the necessities to make your vacation seamless and relaxing!

Our spacious private porch has a beautiful view of the gulf. Have breakfast, sit and relax by reading a good book or enjoy a breathtaking sunset with family and friends!

Sunset Paradise has a fabulous heated swimming pool and hot tub with plenty of patio chairs, tables and BBQ grill available to all our guests. Beach access is right from the pool area, so enjoy the beach, pool or both, your choice. Our beaches are perfect for relaxing in the sun, long walks, looking for shells and spending time with family and friends. For your convenience we provide the beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
