Renovated & Charming Chico House w/ EV Charger

This classic Chico porch house lies on the historic Humboldt Wagon Road. The interior features a light and airy atmosphere with new amenities throughout. The property backs up to Little Chico Creek with greenbelt on one side and friendly neighbors on the other. Only seven blocks to Bidwell park and downtown!

My father and I completely remodeled this space in the Fall/Winter of 2016. The creek side location, classic porch and convenient location all make this the perfect pad for your trip to Chico!

My entire family had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for young kids. Nothing that they could get into and break and the space was open for them to play comfortably. The location was perfect for our daily bike ride through Bidwell and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Fine spot. Great local coffee house close by - Has Beans. Met interesting local folks there with lots of history of the area. Close to city center - walkable. Close to Bidwell - also walkable.

My father and I have always loved Chico. Warm summer nights, the magnificent shade trees, the Sycamore pool in Bidwell Park, and the Sierra Nevada Brewery are just a few of the things that add to the friendly small town atmosphere with a college town vibe.

This property was in some serious need of TLC when we bought it. It was completely renovated in the Fall & Winter of 2016. We are excited to share it with you!

The proximity to downtown, Bidwell Park and surrounding greenbelt make this a cool spot to explore and get around Chico. Enjoy some R&R out on the front porch or in the spacious back yard that backs up to Little Chico Creek.
