St Andrews and Kinkell Braes offers beautiful scenery overlooking East Sands, the Harbour and the town itself! You can walk the beautiful Fife Coastal walkway from the caravan or can meander around the abundance of eclectic shops and restaurants. If a golfer of any level there is so much to explore! St Andrews caters for family holidays for everyone. There is so much history and culture to explore! Walk in the footsteps of Royals or enjoy dining at their popular hot spots!

Enjoy a cozy setting in the caravan equipped with double glazed windows and central heating to enjoy all weathers. You can also enjoy morning coffee and bbques on the patio overlooking the beach and if not in the mood to cook the newly remodeled clubhouse is close by to enjoy some home cooked food and nice surroundings! Clubhouse also has a new beautiful patio.

The caravan lounge and dining area is all open plan with a huge pull out sofa. There is a TV and DVD player. Kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave and plenty cooking utensils.

There are 2 double bedrooms with plenty storage space. Wonderful shower in bathroom area. Central heating keeps bathroom nice and cozy!

Strictly no smoking. Small dogs is a possibility but must be discussed and a pet deposit required at time of booking. A security deposit will also be taken at time of booking to cover any accidentals and cancellation fees. Week cost varies from $350 to $650 depending on time of year booked.
