Villa OCTAVIO by Abahana Villas
BEAUTIFUL VILLA TO RENT IN CUMBRE DEL SOL, BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 6 people.
DISTRIBUTION: The Villa is divided into two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, at pool level, we have a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower. On the main floor there are two further bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living room with beautiful views over the landscape with access to an outdoor terrace.
EXTERIOR: The villa has two beautiful open terraces, one on the main floor with a dining room from which we can dine and at the same time enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. And the terrace on the ground floor where the beautiful pool is also overlooking the landscape and the sun loungers where you can enjoy the wonderful sun of our Costa Blanca. The villa also has a portable barbecue to share delicious meals and dinners with family and friends. On the outside of the property we have a parking space for the car.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a renowned urbanization of Benitachell, Cumbre del Sol, where the fantastic bay, Cala Moraig with its crystal clear waters and paradisiacal landscape, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the holidays.
