In the lively Esquiline district of Rome there is La Casa di Emanuela which is an apartment of two rooms:in the first room you can find a double bed,desk for laptop ,armachair and Tv set with Netflix .In the second one there is a single bed and a Tv set with Netflix. There is also a small living room with a sofa, a kitchen furnished with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine,fridge. The bathroom is equipped with shower,towels,body soap,shampoo.The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a free Wifi.

The area is fully served by everythink, very close to the Termini station and the Colosseum, the archeological area, Domus aurea, Roman Forums.Nearby there are many important Basilics as Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano.The quarter is perfectly connected by Metro and Bus to the main attractions of the city.Near my apartment there are italian restaurants,shops.

I had a great stay! The place was as pictured and clean upon arrival. The host Emanuela was responsive and made me and my family feel really welcome when we met her for the check in process. The location was walkable to Colosseum, and the train/bus lines were nearby which made seeing the other sites really accessible. Emanuela sent us recommendations for sites and food as well in the neighborhood which were amazing. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a local feel but still close to Central Rome.

We had a great stay with Emanuela. She was very accommodating with our check in, being available for any questions, and giving us ideas for restaurants and things to do. The location of the apartment was excellent, many cafe's, supermarkets, shops and restaurants very close by (we loved a cafe right across the street!). I would say this is a perfect location to walk the main sites in Rome (ie. 20 minutes walk to Colosseum, 40 minutes to Spanish Steps/Trevi Fountatin, etc). The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I recommend La Casa di Emanuela!

La casa di Emanuela is a lovely cozy place in middle of the centre of the city with a lot of details oriented care. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Convenient location

This was just the place we needed for a couple nights. Both mornings we had to get up very early to catch a train and it was only a 10 minute, easy walk. We used the washing machine and drying rack with a fan to do some laundry. There are good restaurants on the same block and a small grocery right next door. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable enough. Highly recommend!

Emanuela is an outstanding host. The apartment was comfortable, safe and clean. The location is very convenient, close to the metro and within walking distance of many Rome destinations, restaurants and grocery stores. Note the tiny elevator with manual opening/closing doors if you have a lot of luggage. Washing machine was useful. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay in Esquilino

We really loved this cozy little apartment. It had everything we needed and became our comfortable home for our week's stay. After long walks and excursions in the brutal heat of July, having a home base with air conditioning and comfortable beds was a blessing. Our host was so accommodating and kind, she gave us recommendations for restaurants and directions for what we needed in the neighborhood. One of the best VRBO experiences weve had anywhere in the world. Highly recommend. blessing. Our host was so accomifsting

The location of Emanuela’s apartment is ideal—within walking distance of many historical sites and transportation lines, including the main train station. The neighborhood itself is has plenty of bars, restaurants and stores, but is not nearly as congested as other parts of the city. Double-paned windows keep noise level low. The apartment is on the 4th floor, so the elevator is a welcome feature for hauling luggage and groceries. The apartment was a perfect size for me, my husband and adult daughter. Emanuela is a very kind and attentive host. She is quick to respond to questions and issues that may arise. We had a wonderful visit and hope to come back again soon!

Sweet host!

Thank you Emanuela. The apartment was on the 4th floor. Small elevator was great. Apartment was very clean, small but efficient. Due to city regulations we could not use the A/C. This was not in the listing. Only 2 small fans. It was unbearably hot. We needed more towels also. Washer was great. No dryer. A/C was the only negative. Great location. Less than 1 mile walk to the Colosseum.

This is a fantastic location for your stay in Rome. It is central enough in the city that you can walk to the all major attractions, including the train station (Roma Termini). There are a lot of people in the heart of Rome, but we never once felt unsafe while out and about, even when walking to and from the Train Station with our luggage. Emanuela is a wonderful host, and extremely welcoming. Attentive and quick to answer if you have any questions or concerns. The apartment has two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, plus a small living area. There is a small elevator to get up to the 4th floor, so you don't have to haul your luggage all the way up (Make sure to close all the doors when you're done!!). Right outside the entry to the building is a small market with most everything you may need, and the owner/operators are also very very kind. Across the street is Bar Trani, which had some of the best cappuccinos and breakfast items we had throughout our entire stay in Italy. Fantastic restaurants and shopping all around within walking distance as well; you'll never be at a loss. We feel so fortunate to have found this place, and encourage anyone to stay here at Emanuela's place!
