Easy check in and great location

I would definitely recommend this place to stay! The check in process was super easy, the property manager communicated well. It’s a very small space, but you get what you pay for and we didn’t mind. The location makes it worth it, it’s close to everything but not in a too busy spot.

Great Place to Stay

We had one night in Florence and this was a great spot. It is only about a 15 minute walk from the train station and the check in process was very thorough. Close to all the things you want to see and great restaurants.

Nice Stay in a Great Location

We had a great time staying here! The check in process went smoothly, and the location of the place is great and about a 10-15 minute walk from major places. There is a restaurant, a great gelato shop, a bakery, and some small other shops less than a minute away. All in all, all went smoothly and we would stay again!

LOCATION EXCELLENT -

The location and equipment of the property is excellent. You can walk to all the tourist sites in the city. Something they can improve is the cleaning of the sheets and blankets and providing pillowcases.

Perfect for two people

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was great for two adults. The beds were comfortable. There wasn't much natural light but that didn't matter because we were exploring Florence and didn't spend much time in the apartment. It was a perfect location and a great price for being in the best neighborhood (in my opinion) in Florence.

Great location. Nice to have a washer but it took a full two days for clothing to dry, even on the drying rack and turning up the heat. If you have washing to do, give ample time for air drying. Washer is small and I brought my own detergent.

Charming, working wifi and AC, great location

The perfect place for one or two people—a cozy apartment in a great location. AC and wifi both work well, but bring a fan for the loft because the AC doesn’t reach up there. Laundry machine and other utilities worked well, couldn’t figure out how to make the stove work. It was very well-stocked and had everything I could possibly need for my two-week stay.

WHILE THE PHOTO IS ACCRUATE IT IS DECIEVING.THE BED SPACE IS UP A VERY STEP LADDER ON A LOFT PLATFORM. NOT ADVISABLE TO THOSE WITH POOR FOOTING OR SMALL CHILDREN. WE HAD TO REQUEST THE AC TO BE SERVICED THE UNITS WERE VERY DIRTY AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE OVERALL IMPRESSION IS CLEANINESS IS NOT THE TOP PRIORITY.

Great neighborhood, not-so-great accommodations

The property was staged very well for the official photos, but this was not what we got. It is very rough around the edges. Very DIY. It was clean, at least. We also had trouble meeting up with the check-in team. The neighborhood, however, was great. You spill out of the front door and are in the heart of things.

Apartment In Santo Spirito

The location was fantastic, but I was not crazy about the apartment. The steps up to the apartment were super steep, which I wasn’t expecting. I don’t know if this was in the description or not. I don’t remember. I thought the apartment was a little depressing. Not a lot of light. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing. The tv never worked. I didn’t ask for help with this. No other issues. Just not my favorite.
