This is a charming place, but little! I was there by myself, so it was just fine. I unfortunately had a fall just before my trip to Paris, so the winding stairs were tough to navigate while needing to use a cane. No hand rails, so if you are disabled, the stairs are a challenge. The management company was great about helping me with my bag both coming and going. Fabulous location, but no view out of the windows except walls. Once you’re on the street, so many options for food and drink, and charm!
The stay location was perfect and right near the Seine. The building was very old which made the stay enjoyable. Nadia was fantastic and quick to respond. Thank you for everything and hope to be back soon. Be careful on the stairs!!
This was a perfect location for our winter visit to Paris--close to two Metro stations, walking distance to many key spots. The apartment was small, charming, quiet, well stocked. We'll definitely book again for future visits to Paris.
We had a lovely stay at this property. We really appreciated being greeted and showed the property when we arrived (complete with a bottle of wine!). The space is as pictured, with a comfortable bed and necessary amenities. The washer / dryer was a huge help for us after traveling for a couple of weeks. The neighborhood is very cute - lots of shops and places to eat within foot steps. Also loved being so close to the water and bridges. I would agree with other reviews that the apartment is not large, but it’s perfectly organized and sized for a party of two. We really enjoyed our stay!
This was a lovely apartment! I would recommend for a couple, more would be crowded. The 2nd floor walk-up is quite doable unless you have mobility issues. I would definitely stay again.
Perfect location on Ile Saint Louis. Love love this area of Paris. Quaint little apartment in a beautiful old building. Management was incredibly attentive and helpful. The early check in and bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival was a lovely welcoming touch, much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
While somewhat smaller than the photos suggest, this is still a very nice place to stay for 2. The apartment is well laid out, pleasantly quiet, the shower was excellent, the bed comfortable, and, of course the location is superb. The kitchen was fine for us to use for breakfast, and, given all the fine dining options nearby (Shout outs to L'Auberge de Reine Blanche, Sorza, and Caveau en L'Isle), who wants to cook dinner? The only challenging aspect for us (and likely not for younger folks) were the 43 steps of the very steep staircase, but still a small price to pay for an excellent pied a terre in the heart of Paris.
It was a really nice characterful flat, in a fantastic location. The Isle St Louis is very attractive, and there are plenty of food shops and restaurants near the flat. Nadia, who met us on arrival was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The wine and chocolate awaiting us was a kind gesture. Very comfortable beds, the shower worked very well, and the flat was warm -we didn't need to use the heating much at all (despite the weather outside being pretty cold). The flat might be more convenient for 2 people than 3, as you have to move the furniture to unfold the sofa-bed every night, but if you don't mind doing that, it's fine! The pillows for the sofa bed are hidden inside it, it took us a while to find them, but they are there! There doesn't seem to be a way of recycling, but I assume that is a failing of the local government, not of the owners! Best way to arrive is by RER, if you are coming from Gare du Nord (or Charles de Gaulle airport), to St Michel/Notre Dame. I recommend bringing scissors if you think you may need them (that's the only thing we felt to be lacking)
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.
The property is as advertised. The bed and pull out couch are both comfortable. As others have said, the apartment is most suitable for two people. The apartment is very clean although more attention could be given to the cleaning of light fixtures. There was often a sewer smell from the shower; running the shower exhaust fan for extended periods helped with this. We could not get the tv system to work when we wanted to use it; this was not resolved during our stay, in part because we were out all of the next day. The kitchenette was not as well equipped as others we have had; we did not end up doing any cooking, although we could have done some basic meals. More dishes would be useful, and larger mugs. The apartment would not be suitable for people who cannot do a lot of stairs.Communication on arrival was done over what's app and, of course, you need wifi or data for this. Good to know if you are coming from overseas. We had some difficulty communicating with the property manager after arriving downtown. The location is outstanding! We also appreciated the quietness of the apartment. The property manager was very helpful. We would book this apartment again.
The apartment is most adequate for one or a couple who sleeps together. It is not possible to open the sofa bed without moving the dining table out of the kitchen. This makes it rather difficult. We also thought it had two bathrooms as that is what the ad stated, however one of them is only a toilet and the other has the vanity and shower without a toilet, thus the sum of the two rooms is one bathroom. If one studies the layout in the ad this becomes known. We just saw two bathrooms listed and did not dig any deeper. Due to the difficulty with the sofa bed in the kitchen and only having one bath, my friend moved on to a hotel around the corner.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback!
I am very sorry for the confusion about the bathroom in the apartment. We do not mean to mislead in the ad. I am going to make a note in the description about this to avoid any future confusion.
You're right the apartment is ideal for a solo traveller or couple, but the sofa bed, despite the fact that you have to back up the small table and chairs in the living room a little bit in order to unfold it, is very comfortable and we have hosted parties of four there who have been very happy.
We thank you for your stay and hope to see you back in Paris again one day!
