Opera House - Monti Area

"Opera House" is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from "Piazza Repubblica" and 5 minutes from the Monti district. At about 200 meters there is the metro stop (line a "Republica") and the Termini Station.



The apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator (there are 15 steps to climb on foot) and consiste two bedroom with double bed, small dining room with table and chairs, kitchen, one bathroom with shower, (max 4 people - 60sqm).



The apartment is equipped with internet WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning / heating in the lounge and there is a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to cook and eat (Microwave and oven). The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests.

The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).

A Few Days at the Opera House

The spot is fantastic. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly. The apartment was nice and just as depicted in the listing. Plus the location was spectacular. We would stay here again.

Perfect little flat

I stayed at this location for 5 nights. Location was really nice, the flat has everything you need for your stay. We walked everywhere and it is also very close to termini train station which is great. There are many cute restaurants and shops around. I like it that we had our little private place and check in is very smooth and well organised. Thank you! The only little thing is that one of the rooms was a bit hot, I think maybe the air conditioner was not working properly. But it wasn't a bit deal but maybe worth checking that.

Great location

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. A little tight for space but still way better than a hotel room, and able to get caught up with laundry. We didn’t actually meet anyone but was given all the information and entry codes in an email, which worked out perfectly. We’d stay here again for the location, even though we were pickpocketed on the subway, at Republica stn.

Great Location in Monti

We spent 4 nites at the property at the end of May 2024. The apartment was very clean, but the beds could have been more comfortable. Thin mattress on a metal spring frame. The biggest issue with the apartment is the street noise at night. Garage collection and deliveries to the Carrefour at all hours woke us every night. Otherwise, Monti is a fairly quiet neighborhood and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Let me preface by saying this was a last minute trip booking to meet up family who were traveling to Rome for Easter. The building is very dark inside on check in. There is jo elevator and you just go up a narrow stairwell to reach the apartment. The host was responsive during check in via WhatsApp. No one present for check in. The key to the door was difficult to use but Alessandra responded my phone call and guided me to open it. The room was very dark, unlike the pictures. The kitchen is incredibly small, smaller than the bathroom, but ok to make breakfast and coffee in the mornings. The size of the apartment overall is small but was ok for our family of 4 staying out mostly with our other family. The mattress on the king bed was uneven, hard, and uncomfortable to sleep on. This definitely needs a change. The other mattress was also firm but not uneven. The location is excellent! There is a mini grocery store right across to meet your needs and a pharmacy around the corner to buy toiletries which are not included. Only downside is that the streets are loud and kept waking me up at night. The temperature was kept comfortable but we were there when the weather was cooler.This is what I would consider a budget property despite its inflated price tag. We stayed four nights and only stayed because of proximity to our relatives. I hope this helps someone else booking here.

This apartment has a perfect location for easy walking around Monti and to the major sites! The kitchen was also well equipped. While the place seemed clean, it wasn't in the best shape - the door handle to the bathroom kept falling off, the drawers in one of the bedrooms were really hard to open/close, etc. It was also weird to have a thermostat that we couldn't control. When I messaged the host to see what I was doing wrong, they changed the temp remotely - it was odd that this wasn't communicated before.

El piso está bien ubicado, tiene la estación de termini al lado, que te permite viajar a cualquier lado de la ciudad, además, los alrededores tienen bares, supermercados, farmacias y tiene bastante vida. En cuanto al piso, se nota que han hecho una reforma, las camas no son las más cómodas del mundo, pero se descansa bien, además hay aparato de frío y calor que se agradece bastante. Muy bien equipado con mantas y toallas. Sin duda volvería alojarme.

Удобное расположение. Пару минут до вокзала Термини. Очень удобно, особенно если вылет из аэропорта рано утром. Прямо возле апартаментов находится продуктовый магазин и несколько заведений, где можно поесть. Основные достопримечательности также в пешей доступности. В апартаментах уставший ремонт (спальне, гостиной и кухне). Достаточно чисто, но на фоне старой мебели, дверей и заграмажденных книгами и журналами полок, кажется не совсем опрятно. Хотя пыли не было.

Praktische FeWo mit guter Ausgangslage

Wir haben uns in der FeWo wohl gefühlt. Ihr Hauptvorteil ist die Lage, so dass wir quasi die gesamte Innenstadt zu Fuß entdecken konnten. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter funktionierte sehr gut.

Awesome location!

We love the location of this property. It is close to just about everything. If you want to cab it, just walk a couple of blocks and hail one. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in; small but workable for two of us. Bed was very comfortable. Check-in was great; we were greeted at the door and everything explained to us.
