A large two-storey house located close to Cookstown, Moneymore, Magherafelt and Lough Neagh. An hour's drive from Belfast, Rosie's House is convenient to nearby fishing, golf, walking, mountainbiking, all watersports and horseriding facilities.Rosie's House offers one large downstairs bedroom with one double bed and a single bed. This bedroom is practically en-suite, located right beside a large bathroom with bath, large shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin.
Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, including a large master bedroom, a double bedroom, a small double bedroom and a twin-bedded room. There is also an upstairs bathroom with shower-over-bath, toilet and wash-hand basin. Hairdryer available.
The ground floor is well-furnished, with a seperate dining room and comfortable lounge area that includes a large plasma television with Sky TV, and an open fire.
There is also a large kitchen-dining area. Kitchen facilities include: an electric cooker, coffee-maker, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing-board.
Linen and towels are provided.
Other facilities include: central heating, a patio area and Free Wifi.
