Book this penthouse with air conditioning / heating, parking, and a large solarium terrace with barbecue and shower, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
With a maximum capacity of 5 adults. There are 2 bedrooms (in the 2nd bedroom a double bed + single bunk bed), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, living-dining room with access to a balcony. From the balcony, stairs lead to the terrace-solarium.
Enjoy also the facilities of Residencial Alborada, a textile residential complex with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), padel court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you will find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.
Discover Vera Playa, where you can also visit neighbouring towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour away by car.

Un alquiler seguro.
Ya he repetido tantas veces en tantos apartamentos de esta urbanización, este en concreto está muy bien. No le falta de nada.. de hecho alguna cosa menos estaría mejor. Muy bien. Recomendable sin duda.

es war super toll, das ganze Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die nutzbare Dachterasse wundervoll.
Das Bett im Schlafzimmer braucht eine neue Matratze, ist schon ziemlich durch gelegen.

Ático con todo lo necesario
El apartamento está dotado de todo el menaje. La cafetera es de cápsulas de dolce gusto. Aunque el apartamento es un tamaño no muy grande. Toda la parte de arriba es genial. Hay sillones, tumbonas, televisión, nevera, mesas con sillas y lo mejor la parrilla. Un pero es que la parrilla solo tiene dos alturas y una vez puesta en una y encendida es muy difícil moverla.
Cerca hay bares y dos pequeños supermercados y 1 minuto en coche un gran supermercado con la farmacia, estanco etc.
Las playas están muy bien y tiene buena comunicación para moverse con el coche.
Incluir una cafetera italiana y alguna pastilla más de lavavajillas

Très proche de la mer et ventilé
Superbe piscine
Accessoires cuisine (qualité pas à la hauteur de celle de l’appartement), réfrigérateur bruyant. Suggestion d’une plancha à gaz en remplacement du BBQ à charbon de bois non utilisé car mauvais pour la santé

Beneden in het appartement was alles in orde, maar boven zier wel enkele aanmerkingen zoals kapotte

Voor de bezoekers strandstoelen klaar zetten.omdat in onze periode alles dicht is.

Hartelijk dank voor uw opmerkingen. De eigenaresse had het appartement al geblokkeerd in april om zelf te komen en de nodige dingen weer bij te stellen. Dat gaat nu even niet door, maar ze zal dat zsm doen. Strandstoelen zijn in de meeste appartementen niet aanwezig helaas. Wat we u nog wilde vragen.. Als u voor alles een 8 of een 10 geeft, hoe komt het dan toch dat uw algemene indruk van het appartement een 6 is? Is er nog iets wat we kunnen verbeteren? wij horen het graag!

Voelt als thuiskomen.
Van alle gemakken voorzien en het dakterras is een aangename uitbreiding van de woning.
Een losstaand wasrek zodat de was in de zon kan drogen, is voor de wintermaanden wel fijn.

Estupendo para descansar y disfrutar de la playa
Todo. La terraza una gozada y el apartamento con todo lo necesario.
Las habitaciones tienen poca ventilación por el tipo de ventanas.
La devolución del deposito debería ser en un plazo más corto

Buenos días. Muchas gracias por su valoración. Nos alegra mucho saber que disfrutó de su estancia con nosotros en Vera Playa y que el apartamento fue de su gusto. Las ventanas de los dormitorios de todos los apartamentos de este residencial son oscilobatientes. La devolución del depósito se hace en un plazo máximo de 7 días tras la salida del huésped (otras empresas tardan hasta 15 días), aunque hacemos todo lo posible para poder devolverlo antes.
