Modern apartment in a newly built building in one of the quietest areas of Venice, mostly frequented by Venetians. The bars, restaurants and a good supermarket are a 2-minute walk away. Easily accessible from Piazzale Roma or from the station in just 15-20 minutes.
Second floor apartment ideal for resting after a busy day.
It is composed of a functional room / kitchen, dressing room with washing machine, private bathroom and bedroom. Mosquito nets throughout the environment. In the hall there is a sofa bed and for breakfast or enjoy a relaxing moment a terrace with garden and canal view.
