Clean apartment close to the beach.

The apartment was very clean, and the location was close to the beach. Parking space available, but if there we're bigger cars parked it was sometimes hard to place your car. We had a great vacation.

We love this apartment

This was our second visit to this apartment and we loved it just as much as the first time. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are lots of really good shops, restaurants and bars nearby also buses to nearby resorts. We hope to visit again next year. Thank you Sol Rentals, we have had a wonderful time. Very little.

Really lovely apartment

We have just spent a week in this apartment and loved every minute. Roz who met us with the keys is a lovely lady. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a great weeks holiday and is situated in a perfect place for shops, bars, restaurants, buses etc., We would recommend this apartment and can't wait to book it again for next year. We can't think how you can improve the apartment, it was perfect for us.

Convenient

I could have spent a bit more money and got a more modern apartment but that would have meant sacrificing the enclosed patio where we spent virtually every evening, the proximity to the beach, the restaurants, the grocery store and my morning coffee at a great coffee shop a mere 4 minutes away.

Another great stay in Benalmadena

Location, pool, parking, kitchen, internet access. Please check the ceiling fan in the room with double bed. It only works with the lights on. Shower cabin is getting old and a replacement by something more simple and more practical would definitely increase the level of comfort in this apartment.

Appartement bien placé (tout peu se faire à pied) beaucoup de restaurants et de commerce àproximité. Il a été agréable de disposer d'une place de parking (car peu de monde) et d'un ascenseur. Belle piscine avec transat à disposition et des zones ombragées.Cependant des gros points négatifs ont été rencontrés : l'appartement était très sale à notre arrivée. L'utilisation de la climatisation est très contraignante car il faut vider des bidons de récupération d'eau de condensation très régulièrement (plusieurs fois par jour, au risque d'inonder la terrasse), seule les chambres sont climatisées , les groupes de clim étant sur la terrasse la table à manger est inaccessible lorsque la clim fonctionne (trop chaud), la cafetière est tellement entartrée que le café ne s'écoule pas, les store se coincent même en faisant attention, absence d'aspirateur qui faciliterait l'entretien quotidien. Un incident avec du monoxyde de carbone à cause du chauffe eau trop vieux qui a du être remplacé pendant notre sejour. L'appartement nécessiterait des travaux pour justifier le prix élevé.En revanche l'agence a été très réactive, disponible et bienveillante pour résoudre les problèmes de ménage et du chauffe eau.

Excelente localização. Muito tranquilo com vizinhança simpática e tranquila. Muito perto de tudo a pé. A piscina sempre limpa e tranquila. Foi a primeira vez mas vamos voltar. O poliban já é antigo e é de difícil utilização.

Holiday July 2022

The property was in an excellent location very close to all amenities bars and restaurants. Local transport very close and easy to use. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious but unfortunately one of the ceiling fans in one bedroom didn’t work unless the light was on, which isn’t good at night. The airport transfers were superb with friendly drivers and organised by the host All in all we had a fabulous stay and holiday
