Woolacombe Luxury Apartment with Sea and Beach Views

Now back under management by WOW Holidays of Southover Beach for new owners, the apartment has had all items replaced where necessary including new carpets, new dining set, new garden furniture and of course a total makeover/redecoration!
Offering short breaks from Friday for 3 nights & from Monday for 4 nights or weekly from Mondays or Fridays!
The apartment is fitted out to the very best of standards with all high tech luxury fittings and the private patio has commanding views over the sea, beach and small town. The location is perfect for surfing as visitors from all over come to seek the superb conditions just 150m to the beach, so suit family holidays or just to relax and soak up the views or walks. There are plentiful nearby attractions such as Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay, Mortehoe, Saunton Sands. Surf schools and life Guards operate on Woolacombe beach to keep you safe.

The apartment is equipped with LCD TV in both the lounge & bedroom with Freesat. There is a leather sofabed in the lounge (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult), a top spec Kitchen, use of wet room with hot shower & outside wet suit drying space.
The landscaped rear gardens are terraced which rise up to the BBQ areas with other patios that are shared with the other 7 apartments but are sectioned off into private areas with tables & seating with panoramic views over Woolacombe Bay.
It also comes with 1 parking space.
We do allow dogs @ £20 per Dog (Max. 2 Dogs)

Found double bed very small and matress worn out could do with changing.we had noisey people above awoken at 6.00 in morning and up till 1.00 before kids stopped jumping up and down on beds! So sleeping wasnt good and wouldnt return for those reasons which is ashame but we both work hard and look forward to our breaks however long or short.

We are sorry to hear of your problems. A new high quality sprung mattress with memory foam topping was purchased last year, we cannot understand the problem and have asked our property Manager to check it hasn't been turned, this happened last year. The apartment has high specification sound proofing, we are sorry to learn of noisy upstairs guests. A call to us and we will contact other apartment owners to report disturbances - our numbers are listed on the access letter along with number of our Manager.

Nice apartment

Lovely, clean apartment. It had everything we needed and was ideally situated a stones throw from the beach & town. My only complaint is that although there’s a sea view from the property, Apartment 1 is situated at the back of the property and there’s nowhere within the apartment that you can see the sea & sky. It is a little bit dark. The great views and patios are enjoyed by the other apartments but not No.1. I just think people might want to know this and it wasn’t made clear on the listing.

Brilliant squeaky clean abd dog friendly

Lovely cosy place, absolutely sparkling clean. What is beautiful that this is that it’s an old house converted into flats, with an outside wetsuit / shower room. Each time the dog and I visited the beach, I could shower him off in there, and this meant that the flat stayed immaculate. Brilliant central location and every mod con. Will be back I’m sure. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at apt 1. The interior is done to very high standards! The mattress is to die for!!!! Everything was clean. The outside table and chair with the view is a few meters away from the front door. The only view from inside is from the kitchen window. The location is amazing! Everything you need is given. The door needs a number 1 on it as we tried to get it through the wooden door adjacent to the key holder.

Perfectly appointed Holiday Apartment

Apartment No 1 was a perfectly appointed holiday apartment for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog!). It has absolutely everything you need for a real 'home away from home' feel. 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, pub (highly reccomend The Puffin Cafe for the best Breakfast in town and The Jube for drinks, lunch and dinner) and beach, we really couldn't have been happier. We will be returning again! Thank you Phil and family for a wonderful stay.

Beach Front Apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Woolacombe just a couple of things the Patio Furniture has seen better days quite rotted and full of slinters also their is a paving slab at the top of the steps which is very loose and tips when you stand on it , also i believe the bed has had a new mattress but very uncomfortable i think its the frame that needs replacing but a very clean modern apartment and we enjoyed our stay will definatly return .
