Villa Ocean Pine, a bright, modern villa located close to the sea with the option to heat the pool

4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with capacity for 8 people or 8 adults + 2 children sleeping in extra fold up type beds.

The pool can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week or part week.



Villa Ocean Pine offers fabulous Atlantic Ocean views, particularly from the first floor. Located just 500 mts from the stunning Evaristo beach (approximately 7 minutes’ walk via a partly sandy track to the side of the villa) this bright, modern villa offers comfortable accommodation, perfect for a family holiday.



Internally the villa has great open plan living areas and has been designed to make the most of the stunning views with huge floor to ceiling windows and glass partitions/balconies. The spacious living room offers 2 sofas, flat screen TV with a selection of international channels and has patio doors opening out to the pool terrace.



The dining area features a table with 8 chairs and leads through to the kitchen. With glass counter tops, the kitchen units are finished in a dark wood and have integrated electrical appliances including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The separate laundry room has the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you wish to self-cater, and patio doors lead on to the pool terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs and the charcoal BBQ.



There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One has twin single beds and en-suite shower room and the other has double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over). These bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening on to the swimming pool area.



Open stairs lead to the first floor where the views are quite spectacular! There are 2 bedrooms; one has twin single beds and en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over), fitted wardrobes and a private balcony. The master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and a very spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower. This bedroom also boasts an extensive private balcony and glorious views.



The villa has air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms. It features Wi-fi, a safe and a security alarm system. There is off road parking available for 2 cars.



Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.



Externally there are sun loungers around the private swimming pool which measures approximately 8 mts x 3 mts with a depth from 0.90 mts to 2.10 mts. The pool can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week or part week. Steps lead down to a small garden area with artificial grass and the whole grounds are walled and gated. There is a private underground garage with parking for 2 standard sized vehicles.



The villa is situated in a residential area with a scattering of great local restaurants within walking distance and the stunning local Evaristo beach also has a fantastic restaurant. Albufeira Old Town is just a few minutes’ drive away and there are a couple of great supermarkets close by too.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
