Cottage located on a sunny slope of the Soller Valley. Traditional Mallorcan house about 2 km from the center of Sóller. The house is located on a farm of about 3 Hectares with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. This property allows you to enjoy the sun and the views on its large terrace in a rural setting. Also, you can enjoy the large shared pool (next to the house of the owners), this is located about 100 meters away. The house is distributed in living room with open kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom with loft for single bed. Jacuzzi, barbecue, porch and terraces. Unit a / c and heat in bedroom. Fan, radiator and fireplace in living room.

Ideal property

Property was as described. Small car required to access as road/gate narrow however got easier. Great location on the hillside with amazing views. Walk to centre of Soller in 15 mins. Nothing can be done about the sound of neighbouring barking dogs and the noise of cockerels. This must affect most rentals in the area.

Traumhafter Ausblick von der Sonnenterrasse

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dem toll gelegenen Haus, von dem aus wir traumhafte Ausflüge unternommen haben. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir haben uns Selbstverpflichtung, die gesamten Tage zum Essen immer draußen gesessen, je nach Tageszeit überdacht oder unter freiem Himmel. Den Pool, der sich auf dem Grundstück der Eigentümer befindet, haben wir regelmäßig für eine kurze Erfrischung genutzt. Dieser hätte ein wenig besser/regelmäßiger gepflegt werden müssen. Nach einem windigen Tag haben wir vor der Nutzung erst die Blätter an der Oberfläche entsorgen müssen, um den Pool nutzen zu können. Der Ausblick morgens aus dem Bett, sowie von der Terrasse ist einmalig und musste mehrfach täglich von uns bestaunt und erwähnt werden.

Nur bei gutem Wetter zu empfehlen

Die Lage zum wandern war super genauso die Küchenausstattung. Da wir kein gutes Wetter hatten konnten wir den Außenbereich nicht nutzen und waren gezwungen am Abend in der Finca zu verbringen. Die Stühle und auch die Schaukelstühle sind traditionelle aber sehr unbequem. Es war kalt und feucht. Im Sommer sicher toll.

Super vacances à Soller

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Angeles. La petit maison traditionnelle en pierre est propre, très bien situé et au calme. avec une vue magnifique sur soller, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici.

Kurzurlaub im Oktober

Ziemlich teuer für Nebensaison, aber perfekt, um während Corona Leuten aus dem Weg zu gehen. Kein Salz o.ä. in der Küche, dafür eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf Sollér. Schlüsselübergabe usw fand drinnen statt.
