Great outdoors with a wonderful lemon tree

Good three bedroom apartment with a nice outdoor seating and lounging area under a lemon tree. Guests are allowed to pick the lemons, they are gigantic and delicious! Beds were comfortable with enough room for up to 5 people. Open common areas with morning light.

Great apartment in the heart of Lisbon!

If you are looking for a nice apartment in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to public transportation, the Lemon Tree Garden apartment is for you. The apartment is accurately listed, and the hosts could not be more helpful during the check-in process. This lovely basement apartment also is pleasantly quiet, offering a comfortable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing or work. We loved our stay!

A hideaway in Lisbon

A hidden gem in a multicultural, art district in central Lisbon this spacious property with upgraded features (AC, washing machine and dishwasher) large patio and modern touches is worth a look for an extended or week long trip. The 3 spacious bedrooms each have their own AC and are comfortable enough to sleep 6 adults (1 queen, 2 singles, 1 single with trundle bed. The space is on the "basement" level so only one flight of stairs down to the front door, which is helpful when carrying large pieces of luggage. The kitchen/living room space was roomy and remained cool (we were there during a heatwave) during all hours of the day(thanks to the concrete floor) while the bathrooms were modern with large showers. Although the space is located in a bustling location the apartment is well insulated too reduce outside noise, we rarely (if ever) heard any noise coming from the streets. Lemon Tree is a 20 min Uber/Bolt ride from the airport and a 15 minute walk to the historic city center with multiple trendy cafes, restaurants and bars just steps from the front door. The Intendente metro line is a 3 minute walk from the apartment which can take you to all the major stops and major railway lines. Multiple local markets and pharmacy are within 500 feet with the A Padaria Portuguesa cafe/bakery just down the street which served up the freshest baked goods and strong coffee on a daily basis.

This was a clean and spacious property with close proximity to transportation links. We had some issues with miscommunication prior to accessing the property that could have been explained prior to the day of arrival. It was not a smooth process to communicate when you are travelling and not receiving all messages in a timely manner. I think it would be helpful to explain in advance that WhatsApp is the preferred method of communication leading up to access to the property.

Het verblijf was niet fijn. Meubilair viel tegen. Douchegordijn met schimmel erop. De schoonmaak voordat wij erin gingen was uitermate slecht. We hebben zelf nog ruim een uur schoon moeten maken. In 1 kamer was er een bed met lades eronder. Daarin lagen lege blikken bier en lege fles alcohol. De check-in van 4 uur had de organisatie ook niet gehaald. Dit werd pas om half 4 gemeld. Al met al een slechte ervaring. Geeft de vakantie een nare nasmaak!

L'appartement est propre et fidèle aux photos mais nous avons été déçus par différentes choses : l'emplacement de la table de jardin est à la vue des balcons situés juste au-dessus au 1er étage, vaisselle insuffisante (2 verres à vin pour 6 personnes), pas de table de salon, 2 chambres donnent directement sur le trottoir (réveil assez tôt 7h par les commerçants qui approvisionnent leur boutique), beaucoup de poubelles débordantes dans la rue. C'est le logement le plus cher de nos 3 étapes et le moins bien.
