About this property

A beautiful and roomy bourgoise apartment in a grand building. You will enjoy the brightness and the light flowing in through the large French windows as well as the high ceilings adding to the feeling of space. Both main bedrooms and the living room open into a sunny balcony overlooking the rooftops and the street far below. You can enjoy a glass of rosé or a cup of coffee from the furnished balcony

You will find the two main bedrooms with double beds according to your preferences. The third bedroom comes with a bunk bed perfect for kids. You can enjoy your meals in the cosy dining room next to a living room with a comfortable sofa group and TV. Kitchen is modern and well equipped.

The location of Gambetta is perfect with only a block between the house and the Promende des Angles with the beach and swimming. In the quarters below you will find a number of restaurants, cafés, boutiques and plenty more. The famous rue de France is close to the apartment.

In the same block as the apartment, you will find the entrance to the new tram that easily takes you back and forth to Nice Airport.

Great Location

Great apartment. Great location. One block from the water and only a few blocks from all the restaurants and famous flower market. There was a lot of construction on the street and the first night they were Jack hammering at 1am but that only happened 1 night. Also beware that they like to pick up the garbage at midnight which you can here in the street. Aside from that the bed was super comfy and the shower was great! The apartment kitchen has everything you need and more. We would stay there again for sure.

Family visit

We found the perfect ‘home away from home’ to visit with family in this beautiful, light, airy and well appointed apartment. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent…close to shops, (marvellous gluten free bakery and options just steps away) restaurants and the beach. A return visit would be wonderful.
